Within 8,000 miles of purchasing a $25k 2018 GMC Sierra with 90k miles my truck has already costed me $10k in total repairs. I let them know I was looking for a reliable truck to tow my horse trailer. After test driving the truck I requested the alignment and "Service Tire Monitoring System" warning light be fixed. They did. 2 days after getting the truck it is NOT DRIVABLE with power steering locking up on the road! Sent it to GMC and they explained that the otter tire rod was left loose, amongst other things, which is seriously dangerous and can cause a crash! JO Williams agreed to cover the cost and put me in a lender until my truck was fixed. The lender was old, unclean inside, shaky, service light on, and had a massive crack across the window shield. Only 8k miles after purchasing truck, the FIRST TIME towing my horse trailer on a trip (3 hours) and far below tow capacity it breaks down on the side of a busy highway in Houston requiring a $1300 tow home. Absolute nightmare carrying livestock. They found engine related issues requiring $1000 in repairs. 100 miles later I pull trailer to see if problem was fixed. Broke down again! Will be 7k for a new transmission this time! I did not purchase warranty but that does excuse the fact this is the vehicle/ experience I got when purchasing here. This has never been a reliable vehicle. Sorry I have to be transparent if it can help even one person not go through what I have. read more

My brother was looking for a newer Expedition, I had been a vendor for Mr JO years ago. We live in Lindale and had been looking for a 2024 model. So made the trip to Gladewater and sure enough they had exactly what we wanted. I figured it would be too expensive but Gy worked with us. We have bought a used 2007 Ford F-250 and have had some injector issues and J O Williams Ford is making things right. They are replacing the bad injectors and loaning us a car while doing all this out of their own pockets. I have bought many cars in my life time and have never been treated this well, not even when buying a new car. We highly recommend this dealership. A great dealership for new Ford purchases. The sales staff is an honest bunch of people. They have been at the same family location for a long time. They know how to treat people. There is no smoke and mirrors at their dealership. The service department is the best. The service writers will not put you off or give some excuse that a job can't be done. I went to another dealership to get a simple code change on my truck. That service writer said that it couldn't be done. Guess what?, I went to J.O. Williams and got the code change. I believe the people here really care for their customers. I will buy there again. read more

Called for price to change out glow plugs on 5 and 7 cylinders, 6 liter 2007 diesel. Quoted a reasonable price and did repair the same day with my parts. Very happy and did not exceed price quoted. Will do service here instead of in Kilgore read more
