They were so thorough! And friendly! And clean! The place looks so professional... almost like what one would imagine a major chain brand building would be. They even had quality snacks like Perrier water, etc... They checked under the engine, hood, trunk, tire areas and thankfully there was no sign of a kitten. But they did find something that was concerning to them. They notified us and explained it all in detail. Then they have us a list of recommended flushes since my car was almost at 100,000 miles.
