I called the week before and made an appointment with Michael and he gave me an appointment for Monday( today) to bring my car at 0800 when they open. Its a Hyundai Kona. At desk, Joe , took my information. Went to run errands and came back twice to the car shop to check on the status of car and every single time my car has not been worked on, Joe ( help at front desk) kept saying your car is next and will be an hour or so for diagnostic. Here came 13:30 almost 14:00 and my car has not been worked on at all . It sat in their lot for 6 hrs for nothing. All I asked is for clean, clear communication and not feel I was being given the run around when my car was going to be worked on. I even felt this helper at the front desk ( Joe) might have been prejudiced against me being a petite latina woman. Michael was very professional but this Joe person does not have any customer service skills. They may have 5 rating review that is why I took my car there for a diagnostic but a 5 rating review was not my experience today. I lost one day now I have to take another day off and find another location to service my car. I have a busy schedule and this was just not right. And its ok lets say they are a busy shop but communicate clearly. And I asked why did I make an appointment to bring the car in then???? Was given some BS answer. read more

I sent an inquiry email over the weekend and heard back within an hour! I was added to the schedule and assured that my vehicle would be fixed before i left town 2 days later. To say that this business has gone above and beyond would be an understatement. I am so happy to find a mechanic who is honest, hard working, and who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done and fixed. I was given multiple updates throughout the time my car was there. They also came up with a game plan for me to start repairs, with no rush or pushing to get it done. Enrique, the owner, is such a genuine person and has staffed the business with considerate and knowledgeable employees. I drive almost an hour to get to the Premier shop and it's worth it. I have a couple of high mileage Toyotas. Recently one car needed some work and a shop with less integrity could have taken us for an extra $500 plus. They keep up appraised of what needs to be repaired and they have even helped be do some minor things myself to help me save money. Premier understands my budget and repairs what was required. I took my honda odyssey in to have the brakes checked out and have the oil changed. They were very reasonably priced for a synthetic oil change. They did a thorough look over the van, gave me a list of things that needed to be done, but were also able to help me decide what priority to have things taken care of according to my budget. They were so friendly, and completed my brake job before I even got off from work that day. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to work within my budget, and not pressure me to do things I cannot afford.
