    I had to bring my car back to have a Transmission cooler line changed. This was after having put in a union where a leak occurred, but that didn't fix it. I had them order the line and didn't bring trans fluid bc I was told they had it, HOWEVER, they DON'T have the required dipstick! Most cars no longer have them, but you'd EXPECT a shop doing TRANSMISSION WORK to have the DIPSTICK!! I was told "Take it by the Dodge house, so they can check it for you and add the appropriate amount of fluid" Really?? That isn't a FREE SERVICE! After spending over 360 bucks, I don't believe I should have to do that! Cameron, the mechanic who worked on the car, did an amazing job and took great care in taking the nose off to access the Transmission Cooler and I would have given him 5 stars if I could have. Three stars is because I want to continue to use this shop, but want them to know that I should have gotten my car back without having to take it elsewhere so I could add TRANSMISSION FLUID! KINDA SAD, REALLY

I said" are you kidding" ?? she said hang on I'll see if I can get you in. she did. come to find out there was a screw in my tire. I don't think it would have lasted until June 8th. they ordered a new tire and installed it the next day. Cat was courteous and very helpfu. Thank you for a great service experience.

Our Toyota Rav4 had a splash…read moreshield needing replaced and we went to Classic Toyota and dropped over $200 for the part and labor. Fast forward a few months, the new splash shield that they installed began dragging and ultimately snapped off mid drive. While under the 1 year warranty, because the splash shield was not present and able to be brought in (somewhere in the middle of the highway broken), they would not honor the warranty. On top of that, the front bumper's eyelids that hold the splash shield are now broken from the splash shield THEY IMPROPERLY INSTALLED. Now they are quoting over $500 to fix their inadequate work. The best part is them saying they are getting their manager to approve a good will replacement on the parts since we bought the parts there, they installed it, AND they are the only people to have worked on the car for oil changes. After waiting a hour they tell is no good will was approved. Pay full price. Freaking joke. They've lost my family's business for life and don't deserve yours.

    o New WARNING - Stay…read moreAway From This Dealer Shop I purchased a vehicle on 2/10/2026 in the evening. I test drove it that same day and the engine light came on immediately. They said it was an air mass sensor, replaced it, and gave me a receipt. I paid $9,950.00 cash (taxes and fees included). The vehicle was originally priced at $9,995 before taxes and fees. The manager, Brent, claimed he gave me a "$2,000 discount" -- that is simply not true. The very next day after purchase, the vehicle started: * Shuddering during acceleration (10-25 mph) * Leaking power steering fluid * The engine light came back on I notified Brent right away (2/19/26) and was told to just have a mechanic look at it. My mechanic confirmed: * Power steering fluid leak * Transmission had been replaced at some point (this was NEVER disclosed to me) I asked Brent to discuss to the owner and requested to return the vehicle since I had only had it TWO DAYS and issues started on day one. Brent responded: " I already did. The fact that we discounted the price by almost $2,000 there's nothing we can do. It is a verified one owner car. Very very nice inside and out. You won't spend hardly anything on those repairs. I paid almost $10,000 cash for a vehicle that started having problems immediately, and instead of standing behind their sale, they turned me away. I am a mother of 4, already struggling and recently involved in a wreck. This was supposed to help my family, not put us in a worse situation. Please be careful. Do your research. Learn from my experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER.

At desk, Joe , took my information. Went to run errands and came back twice to the car shop to check on the status of car and every single time my car has not been worked on, Joe ( help at front desk) kept saying your car is next and will be an hour or so for diagnostic. Here came 13:30 almost 14:00 and my car has not been worked on at all . It sat in their lot for 6 hrs for nothing. All I asked is for clean, clear communication and not feel I was being given the run around when my car was going to be worked on. I even felt this helper at the front desk ( Joe) might have been prejudiced against me being a petite latina woman. Michael was very professional but this Joe person does not have any customer service skills. They may have 5 rating review that is why I took my car there for a diagnostic but a 5 rating review was not my experience today. I lost one day now I have to take another day off and find another location to service my car. I have a busy schedule and this was just not right. And its ok lets say they are a busy shop but communicate clearly. And I asked why did I make an appointment to bring the car in then???? Was given some BS answer.
