I read the negative reviews before contacting them and getting a true out the door price was hard. After getting an email that looked enticing, they followed up with a true quote by text that was 10k more. Total waste of time and false advertising. This is why people are buying from caravan. Dealerships like this remind us all of why we hate dealing with the traditional dealership. Avoid if you value your time or wallet.

I've…read morehad three different issues with the brand-new 2024 F-150 I bought from their dealership -- two times the truck wouldn't start, and a safety-related failure where the auto start/stop feature left me stranded in traffic. On top of that, I had a minor cosmetic issue with the A/C vents breaking inside the truck, and instead of honoring the warranty, Peltier told me they wouldn't fix it unless they got paid by Ford first. I had to get Ford corporate involved, and guess what? They told me to just take it to Bob Utter Ford in Sherman, TX -- a dealership I didn't even buy the truck from -- and they're fixing it for free under my bumper-to-bumper warranty. So let me be clear: The dealership that sold me the truck refused to make it right, while a different Ford dealership stepped up without hesitation. If you're looking to buy a new truck in Texas, DO NOT go to Peltier Ford in Longview. They do not stand behind their customers. Period

Not just reading specs he memorized for the job. I know it's his job but he went above and beyond any expectations I had. Went there to get a Rogue, and went home in a Rogue with a lot of help from everyone in their friendly staff. From the gentleman that opened the door for my wife and I to Crocodile Cody, John, Juan, and Tiffany. The owner of that dealership really has something special going on there. The service department on the other hand is by far the worst i have ever dealt with. in October of 2025 i bought a brand new off the truck 2026 Nissan Rogue, within the first week it was in service. failure to start, gas gauge not working, locking & not unlocking. fast-forward to August of 2026, same issues, multiple times in the service dept, & nothing but "hard resets" - how many times do we have to hard reset a NEW vehicle? needs maintenance, outside of an oil change, within 10 months no new car should really need maintenance. I wouldn't say not to buy a car, if you do go see Matthew, but i am saying find a different dealership for service, because they suck.

The dastardly deed had to do with the bent wheel on the vehicle that wasn't recognized nor disclosed at the time of sale and when contacted, the only response I recieved was "we hope you enjoy your car" got the text saved. Normally that wouldn't bother me but the fact that they put new tires on this car and didnt disclose. Got the lust of work performed at trade in. I was denied by Doug a refund of half of the diagnostic and that may be standard for them, but it is a bad policy for me not to know upfront what the diagnostic was going to cost.

Marco was our first point of contact. My plan was to tell him, no, I don't need any help, just leave us alone and let us look. But, Marco was so kind and we automatically felt at ease asking him about half a dozen used cars. Then, we mentioned the VW promotion and told him we were interested in the details of leasing a VW and he introduced us to Angie. Angie was awesome, a more professional salesperson I have yet to meet. We discussed several options and she was pretty honest with us about what we could do with leases and our credit and the prices of the Jetta vs Passat. After several visits to the dealership, many calls to and from Angie, a couple of test drives, and my husband trying to back out several times, we are now leasing a VW Jetta in moondust (I think that's the color) and are extremely happy!!! Angie helped us stay within our budget and helped us get a good price for our trade-in. We have already given her name out to two friends interested in our same successful experience! Also, every person with whom we came into contact at the dealership was extremely professional. My parents were good friends with the Russell's who owned the dealership prior and we always felt like we were given a good deal, plus excellent customer service. I told Angie & Marco this, but when my father bought a Mazda protege from Rusty Russell in 1992, Rusty taught me how to drive it (5-speed) in the Movies 9 parking lot! So, we were so glad to see the dealership rebuilt and bought again after his death. More importantly, we are thrilled to see that the same spirit of fairness and quality customer service survived the transition. We will be back!

A salesman contacted her and offered to get her out of lease, only to spend nearly two weeks playing phone tag before telling her she would have to pay at least 11,000 for the dealership to take the car back. At the time of sale I was promised they would ship in another vehicle from a sister dealership which also never showed. Guess I dodged a bullet there. The service department wanted the vehicle left for two days to diagnose the ac issue, our local Toyota dealer did in under 3 hours. Would not recommend this VW dealer for anything.
