Most local new car dealerships show up in a Gregg County judicial records search at least a few times, perhaps 2 to 5 consumer-related cases overall. Far and away, the most numerous cases have been racked up by the local Mitz***** dealership......... However, Lively Cadillac has exactly ZERO cases for, or against, consumers. That's right: A clean record, and that's somewhat rare for auto dealerships. This speaks very well for the dealership. They either treat their customers right from the get-go, or, if there is a problem, they make it right.......... After my recent experience with one of those old-school, high-pressure, plaid-suit jokes of an auto dealership, I will be sure and visit Lively the next time I'm in the market. As I recall, they also seem to keep a good supply of clean, late-model used vehicles of most every make, model, and style. (Smart, very smart.)

There have been two substantial rains since our purchase and it has an OBVIOUS leak. Now there is water in the floorboard and the passenger side carpet is SOAKED. You would be better off and wise to AVOID Orr altogether! I DO NOT and WILL NOT recommend these folks!

A part had to be ordered and my truck left with them til work could be completed. Toni gave me an estimated time for the repair, which they were able to beat by a couple of days, and got me back on the road. Toni communicated well thru the entire experience. She is always friendly and available when my truck needs service and the cost is very competitive with other options. In the past, I've not been one to really use dealer service departments, but in recent years I've come to trust Peters for all our vehicle needs, both Ram and Chevy.

Today I came in for a small issue related to my sunroof and the team quickly took care of that and my oil change, as well. My registration sticker has been expired for several months because I keep forgetting to get a copy of my updated insurance card and in fact, I had forgotten about the expiration when I dropped my car off today. Craig noticed the expired sticker and called to let me know - within minutes of our call he had reached out to my insurance agent and gotten a copy of my insurance card sent over to do my inspection. Absolutely fantastic! Their attention to detail and commitment to going above and beyond for their customers is evident in all that they do. Thank you, Sisk Buick, for your amazing service to your customers!

Visiting a car dealership probably raises my blood pressure more than any other single event. Since…read moremy wife wanted a new vehicle, we went shopping. At the dealership "down the road" they tried to pull some fast talking math, which didn't add up. This was what I expected from a car lot. We left, as I will not tolerate it. We visited with Sam at Marshall Ford. Of course I was resistant at first. It turned out we got a great value and a great ride for my wife. I expressed an interest in a truck and looked at a few. I expected Sam to call and badger me. He did not. I saw a pattern of the opposite of the high pressure liars you expect to encounter. We dropped by randomly one weekend and insisted on Sam helping us. I ended up with what I think is the best truck I ever owned. As for the haggling stuff I hate, I only asked a small amount off and got it. They are in business to make money. As long as I got a great value for what I pay, I am happy. I don't have to get a steal. I am thoroughly happy and our subsequent vehicles will be from Sam. A small consideration, if you have DV tags. It may take a while longer. They did update the temp tag to a DV temp tag with my final tag number in the interim, which was nice. The only 2 things preventing 5 stars: 1) The finance guy was extremely rude and pressuring when we got my wife's vehicle. I did not need financing for my truck, but he tried to get me to finance with them and was still extremely rude and pressuring. 2) When you agree to let Ford give your information to partners, they sell your info immediately. I have gotten more calls and emails than I imagined about car warranty and such. I thought Ford would be more reputable in this respect. You should not sign the paper to add you to their spam list, even if you lose the deal. The calls and emails are of such volume it is a daily disruption. The unsubscribe option does not work either. You will still get calls and emails. Had I known this in advance, I would have walked on the deal regardless of how much I liked the truck.

Over the years we have had several of our fleet trucks serviced by this company. A couple years…read moreago one of our haul trucks needed a new transmission, which was replaced at Transmissions Unlimited. Recently, the truck had issues. It was out of warranty both timing and mileage. We were given a quote and carried it back up there to have the transmission replaced. When the truck was ready, we received a call from them saying he had good news. The truck was not only ready but while replacing the transmission, they noticed that some of the parts used in the first replacement were defective and what had been installed should have lasted longer. The actual bill was 1/3 of what was quoted. They didn't have to tell us about the defective parts and not every company would have completed the exchange for a third of the price. This company is honest and reliable, and I would highly recommend them if you are in need.
