The technicians didn't just repaint the door but first spent time and effort to try to sand and buff the scratch and marks out. They called me to see what I thought. Well, don't know how they did it but it worked and the door looks great without a repaint. Saved me $1000. I first visited a big, corporate repair location... a young dude wearing sport sunglasses walked out to my car, took one look at my front bumper and said, "Oh yeah, we'll need to replace that bumper, and that front panel, too. There's no way to fix those scratches." His estimated cost was at least 2.5x the insurance payout, meaning I'd need to pay the difference up front & submit the new higher estimate back to the insurance company. Plus, my 10% would've been really, really large. Then I went to Fishburn. The young man working that day looked at my car, carefully checked the paint color and said, "Okay, I can fix all of this. She did a number on this curve here, but I bet I can make it look right again." After checking over the figures, he gave me a price about $200 below the insurance check amount. I was stunned. I think I said "thank you" at least four times. He had my car ready in 4 days, and it looked brand new. I'll absolutely go back to Fishburn if I ever need work on my car again.

I decided to put my car in the shop and I was told it would take 2-3 days if I dropped it off on a Tuesday it would definitely be ready by the weekend. From the time I dropped my car off I had no communication or follow up to let me know how things were going or anything. I placed a call Thursday to make sure we were still good to go which I was assured it would be ready Friday afternoon. Friday came still no call, I reached out again and I was told they were painting my car and it would be ready when I got off at 6pm. Drove from Kilgore to the body shop to find my car with no fender, spoke with the owner and my car was NEVER going to be ready Friday. Shawn had lied and he was actually supposed to call myself and two other customers to tell us our cars were not going to be ready. The owner said he could have it done hopefully by Monday. I get a text from Shawn saying they were still awaiting a part but Tuesday it would be ready. To no surprise on Tuesday I still had no call to let me know when to pick up. My mom called and Shawn lied to her saying he let me know it would be Wednesday when he never did. Now we're on Wednesday when my car is supposed to be ready and it's 4pm still no call. I call then got the voicemail and then 5:05pm comes and I FINALLY get a call from Shawn who says my car is now ready and can come pick it up. Never apologized for not communicating or following up with me to let me know what was going on or anything. He was so nice(sarcasm) to not charge me for the part which I wasn't planning on paying for the total estimate anyways for having my car for over a week and I was quoted 2-3 days and HORRIBLE communication let me rephrase NO COMMUNICATION! Also, when I picked my vehicle up the things he "threw in" weren't even fixed! I would never have brought my vehicle here had I known the lack of customer service and communication I would have received. I would never bring my vehicle back here and hope this helps someone who is thinking about it.

The passenger trim that was replaced has now faded/peeled off drastically (front original trim is good) on one of the sides they replaced. They replaced right and left side silver trim around window. They said they can not cover this because the vendor they purchased trim from is no longer in business. So we are left with the damaged trim due to no fault of ours...no warranty due to their vendor going out of business. :(
