NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! I have a $105,000 car that they aboslutey RUINED! They Drove my car…read morewith no oil in it, and locked up the engine. I paid $30,000 to replace the engine. NOW that I have replaced the engine, I have learned that they tried to jump the car to get it to turn back on, and they FRIED all my electronics/computers in my car, and am having to get that replaced now, which is an additional $6,000. This repair shop took NO accountability for their actions. They said they didn't do anything to my car, yet the odometer said otherwise. When they receieved the car, they KNEW the engine had no oil, due to busted pipes, and I had the odometer at a certain mileage when I dropped the car off. When Caliber Collision sent my car to BMW, their estimate had it MORE than a mile MORE than when I dropped it off. WHICH PROVES THE DROVE THE CAR WITH NO OIL, WHICH RUINED MY ENGINE TO THE POINT IT HAD TO BE REPLACED. Now that I had the engine replaced, new spark plugs, and new $2,000 battery put in, I am now needing all computers and electronics replaced. I AM OUT $36,000 (mind you, I've paid cash) ON REPAIRS TO THIS CAR, which only $7,000 were body parts, and the rest were damages Caliber Collision caused. I WANT THEM TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. Please whatever you do, do NOT take your car to this repair center. ESPECIALLY if you own an expensive car. I drive a BMW M4 Competition Convertible. MY CAR IS RUINED AND TOTALED. THEY totaled my car. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. PLEASE stay away!

The print-out said I needed a new oil pressure sending unit and also recommended replacing the intake manifold gasket. It was not a cheap fix. Being new to the area, I had no idea where to go. I researched it and discovered that Texas Auto Care had the best reviews by far. I called and spoke with James, the owner and mechanic. He gave me a quote of nearly $500. I dropped my car off and when he called to say the car was ready, he advised me there would be no charge as he felt there had been a glitch in the system when my oil was changed the day before. I would highly recommend Texas Auto Care. It would have been so easy for them to have done the job and I never would have known! I can't tell you how thankful I am that I found James and Jessica. Their honesty is overwhelming and so appreciated!

I now own a dodge Neon that needs a timing belt kit plus the motor mounts replaced so will see how much he'll gig me for that.

When I called up there to clarify and see what their solution was, the owner was very short with me, insisted that the it couldn't be fixed. When I asked if we took it to another mechanic and got it fixed if we could bring him the receipt for him to reimburse us and he was adamant that he would not. We took it to Automotive Supercenter on the loop so they could look at it. All it ended up being was a dirty ABS sensor.
