Oil changes take minimum of 1 hr, and almost always forget to top off washer fluid...but open till 7 (that is convenient). Watch for hidden charges (like tire rotation fee during oil change when tires purchased in store) and shop hand laziness-check everything in place before leaving...large turnarounds, and it shows at times. Mostly used for convenience of long shop hours, and good tire prices. 50/50 average service shop..2.5 stars

He said to bring them and they would install them while putting tires on. I take off work to go get them put on and the woman that was in charge said they will not use my parts per "company policy". I called NTB on site and they said we have no such policy and she spoke to the woman in person and she still continued to argue and gripe about it. I will never come back to this place again. There is no customer service at all and they act like you are a burden when you're here trying to get work done.
