We have a mixed fleet of about 12 commercial vehicles, flat beds, bobtails, and 18-wheelers. Tim has been doing all our non-warranty work for about 3 years now. From brakes, tires, oil changes, to overhauls, he's done it all. He is very proficient and thorough, but the two qualities about him that I like the most are his promptness and honesty. Occasionally he is busy working, but he always is on it in 24 hours for non-emergencies and never more than a couple for emergencies. As far as I can recall, we've never had to have him do the same job more than once--when it's fixed it's fixed. And that's nothing to take for granted. With the last guy we used it always had to go back and he ALWAYS charged again for the same job he failed to properly complete the first time. And every single bill with the former mechanic left us with a bad taste in our mouth like we had been taken advantage of. But we've never felt like that with Tim.
I'm not saying he's the most cut-rate mechanic you can find. He is fair, though. But it saves money in the long run because you'll be more productive when you're not broke down.
He is truly transparent. His invoicing is itemized and his explanations are always to our satisfaction. Don't believe the fake a** attention whores that are trying to profit from throwing this man under the bus. I got the receipts. Literally. And if he wasn't quality I'd be the first one on here letting people know. read more
