They would have been well within their right to shelve it until the next day, and draw it out and turn it into an expensive fix, but instead they spent about an hour helping me right from the parking lot, and refused to charge me or even accept a tip. I decided to purchase a stereo for my truck and have it professionally installed. I picked up by truck several hours later and was absolutely impressed, to the point that I purchased another one for a family member the next day. When looking for window tint options for my Tesla, I settled on them as the installer due to their experience and professionalism. I had several concerns about the access to the vehicle and the type of tinting they would do with all the glass. After briefly speaking with one of them, all concerns were addressed and I ultimately elected to go with the ceramic tint option. Overall I've had no complaints about Big Daddy's and would absolutely recommend them for anyone that's looking to modify their vehicle. I will absolutely be returning in the near future for work on another vehicle.
