We were later informed that the delay occurred because the sales team assumed, based solely on my last name, that we only spoke Spanish. As a result, we were told to wait constantly which ended up being for a Spanish-speaking representative--despite the fact that I do not speak Spanish and never requested such assistance.This situation was both frustrating and concerning. Making assumptions about customers based on their name is inappropriate and unprofessional.
