My first experience with them was great. I have an older Kubota tractor and they got me filters I needed to service it. And they were very polite. But when my tractor broke down I had to take it to them. They originally quoted me at $2800 but no more than $3k. Well it ended up being $3800. But they did a lot of work to it so it wasn't an issue. Which this part I should have checked myself but didn't notice, but when I got my tractor home my gauges and lights were not working. So I called them multiple times over the next few weeks, and even left a message but with no response. I haven't been using my tractor much due to work, but I went out to use it one morning and noticed the ground was all wet underneath. And no hydraulic fluid in the sight glass. It had only been out of the shop just over a month. I called to tell then about it and they gave me the run around about it. I took it back up there to get fixed and they found a split hose up on top of the engine. Plus they said when the took the line off to the gauge there was no cable in it. Plus when I took it back the second time the lady was reading over the maintenance report and she actually told me that there's nothing on here about hydraulics. I asked did you just really say that. Everything on that tractor is hydraulic besides the engine oil and gear oil. So apparently she knew nothing what she was talking about. But the first time they worked on my tractor they had to split the tractor in half to replace the clutch plate. So the line on top of the engine split because of them. Plus my gauges and lights worked before I took it to them. So when they split the tractor they didn't put the cable back in. So even though it was their fault they wouldn't honor it and it cost me over $500 to get that fixed what they did wrong the first time. I know it's my word vs theirs but they have lost my business. read more
