I went in for a front tire change before a rally, and the owner told me I still had plenty of tread…read moreon my tire and no need to change it. Needless to say, in this day and age and so many small - to medium-sized businesses needing capital, doing the right thing is never wrong. I have a Road Glide, Bourget & CR 250, and the honesty ensured that Qwik-Bike will do any and all maintenance on all of them.

I took my 2026 Kawasaki Ninja 650 to them so that they could put an full aftermarket exhaust system…read moreon my bike. They called me about an hour after I dropped my bike off saying that this aftermarket exhaust system wouldn't fit. I knew then that something wasn't right. They charged me a little over $200 for a poor piss of work.. However, I ended up putting this full exhaust system on my bike and I sent them a video to their email as proof.. The problem is, I'm not a mechanic but YouTube can show you how to do things, rt? Everything I said to them about how this exhaust system suppose to fit, everyone there discredited me and what I was saying. Now, they don't want to give me my money back. I will never take my bike to them again... I was told by one of their employees that they had no instructions to go on.. The issue what I with this excuse, I had no instructions as well.. Some things are not that hard to understand how it works if you use your common sense. If you didn't know what you were doing, I would have respected you more if you had said this from the jumped instead of screwing me out of $200 for a job that you never did do.
