I brought it in a few months later, they told me they would attempt to bring it up to charge by reconditing it, and would receive a call in 48hrs. Four days laters, I go in because no call, and was then told it void because reconditing failed. I was told by RV Station in September of 2021 that they were advised by A&D battery has a 3 year warranty. When RV Station contacted A&D about the defective battery and it was still within the 3 year warranty period they were advised the warranty was just 1 year. Explanation from A&D since RV Station was a commercial customer 1 year warranty policy. My understanding is if I had purchased the battery the same battery as a retail customer is warranty was 3 years. I think this is unfair I am the end user impacted by a policy that penalizes me adding significant financial burden because of a smoke and mirrors policy for the financial advantage of A&D. Went back and assistant manager wanted to argue with me that nothing was wrong with it. I was trying to be as respectful as possible but just wanted to be treated fairly and get this taken care of. In also stuck with mechanic labor charges and need that covered as well as I will have to pay for that twice. Still no call and it has been a week or so.
