I asked him to give my number to manger who wasn't there so he could call me to warranty out. I wish it could be said that this location has integrity but it doesn't seem that way.

He made sure to tell me to tell the mechanic that ROY sent him. it sounded shady so I ended up going to AutoZone in Longview, had a great experience there and they installed my "special" battery for free. As a care giver for my 82 year old father-in-law who is also suffering from cancer, I can't risk getting sick, yet the staff obviously could not care less either about their customers, store policy, or even State Executive Orders. Shame on O'Reilly and its employees, I will never buy from your store again and that is after being a faithful customer from day 1. Autozone, on the other hand won my business since they do seem to care about their customers.
