She continually kept interrupting our conversation about some things that were left on the counter. My opinion, whatever she had to say to the person helping me definitely could have waited until after the young lady was done assisting me. It serves no importance to what was going on with us. I feel like it really flustered the young woman who handled the situation professionally and she could. She answered her Superior, I'm not sure three times. Thank you to the young lady for helping me and for keeping it as professional as she could. She could definitely use acknowledgement for her professional demeanor and serving clients that come into this establishment. As it is, I make do with the inferior fuels I have to get elsewhere now that I've moved out of the Longview/Tyler/Henderson/Kilgore area.

I've been in enough shops to know the feel of a properly maintained walk-in. I should have not have been surprised bc you are selling over priced dry sticks along with Swisher Sweets and vape supplies! Let's talk about customer service- in an era where most cigar shops are competing with online retailers, your service is what should set you apart. I sat in the under- humidified space for 10 minutes before one of your associates came into the walk-in. Dip in his mouth, he asked if I needed help. I said I had time to kill and was looking to smoke a cigar. He told me I had to pay a day pass to access the lounge! That was the final straw. Your retail prices are at least a dollar more than most brick/ mortar cigar shops. Your inventory is dry and customer service is lacking. I left. While driving in Gilmer I noticed that you have another shop. I decided to try again. That shop smelled of weed and body odor. I left.
