His willingness to think outside the box and put in the extra effort is what earned my business. He had the vehicle ready when I arrived and even followed up the next day, which says a lot about his professionalism and customer care. Channon Stewart, the manager, was knowledgeable, efficient, and helped secure a great interest rate. He clearly runs a solid team and keeps the process moving the right way. Braylon Williams in finance also did an excellent job and made everything smooth and easy to understand. He is definitely someone to watch. I drove three hours to purchase this vehicle, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. Everyone I worked with was professional, helpful, and made the trip worthwhile. I highly recommend Peltier Kia in Longview.

That seems to apply for everyone except the staff, who were all lounging around the counter without a mask in sight. One staff member was coughing too. As a care giver for my 82 year old father-in-law who is also suffering from cancer, I can't risk getting sick, yet the staff obviously could not care less either about their customers, store policy, or even State Executive Orders. Shame on O'Reilly and its employees, I will never buy from your store again and that is after being a faithful customer from day 1. Autozone, on the other hand won my business since they do seem to care about their customers.
