And does not even deserve the 1 star. I went in to get a set of tires 6 months same as cash. 20 dollars down. Ok great super nice lady that helped me. Got me fixed up I had 0 problems. I was never told the exact amount of each monthly payment but it wasn't an issue I knew what I was signing up for. Each month like clock work 281.44 on auto draft never an issue with my payments: rocking along my 6 month was up which was December whoop whoop last payment. Thought nothing else of it. January rolls around and and 281.44 is drafted from my acct. I call to see what is going on. And she proceeds to tell me that I didn't not meet the agreement having it paid off in 6 months. And I owe another 1400.00 on top of the 1987.47 I just paid off in full so I thought. Let me tell you I was confused. I went to trying to figure this thing out. Here is what I found the payment was set at 281.44.X6= 1688.64 which is a $377.91 difference between grand total of the tires and what I paid in the 6 months. 377.91 divided by 6 = a whopping 49.88 difference from what I paid and what it took to have it paid off in the 6 months. So basically they lowered my monthly payment to exactly the amount of missing the 6 month period by 1 month. Then want to tack on Penalties etc. I was floored when they showed up at my house demanding payment or they were taking my tires which remind you they are fully paid for at this point. The amount of phone calls each day. And Harrassing text messages which I will Attach below I am flabbergasted by this. I got in the store to talk to the manager and he reminded me of Matilda's crooked Dad. He was so proud of himself and all he could say well ma'am we set it at the lowest monthly payment that we are allowed to accept. And it does not meet the 6 months. Well why In the Hell would I agree to that? That's what I went in there for 6 months same as cash no more no less. And all he could say with a smirk on his used car salesman's face is "well ma'am we do not know your financial situation" people do it all of the time. I really don't know how many times he said that. My financial situation is total amount divided by 6. And proceeds to tell me I owe another 500 something dollars. No way in hell. I said I hope you sleep well at night knowing what a scam you have going on here. But you know the thing is. I had 0 problems no complaints. Easy does it and would have been a return customer. Bad business. you know what the real problem is. If this happens to you and you don't catch it. They will eagerly show up and take your tires and leave you blocks then what do you do??? But just know if they show up call the law and they legally can not touch your property.

I stopped by their shop in White Oak and asked if they would make a house call to diagnose and fix whatever my issue was. They arrived early next day, diagnosed it as a shot converter, ordered a replacement out of Dallas, and showed up next day to replace it and solve my problem. Now that's what I call great service. As a care giver for my 82 year old father-in-law who is also suffering from cancer, I can't risk getting sick, yet the staff obviously could not care less either about their customers, store policy, or even State Executive Orders. Shame on O'Reilly and its employees, I will never buy from your store again and that is after being a faithful customer from day 1. Autozone, on the other hand won my business since they do seem to care about their customers.

We were broke down on the side of I20 in the pouring rain. Aaron was our first call and boy he was a lifesaver. He immediately wanted to know what our issue was. He came out within 20 minutes in the pouring rain with a battery to get us enough power to get us off of that very busy, very frightening freeway. Still stuck on the side of the service road Aaron removed the alternator then traveled to the auto parts store to have it tested. When it was determined we needed a new alternator he purchased it brought it back to us and installed it. We were back on the road. I would recommend him to anyone needing service. Thank you Aaron!
