After speaking with the sales associate we ended up also getting a bed cover since it was already there. We dropped off the vehicle and within about 3 hours time everything was done. We went up to pay and the sales associate walked out to make sure he went over everything in the truck with us and also make sure we were satisfied. I work for a local Mitsubishi dealer and I cant tell you how many times we send stuff to them and its done perfect. For anyone needing truck accessories I would highly recommend calling these guys. Got a part here and it looked used in the box so I asked before purchased if it was new, and they…read moresaid it's new. Even assistant manager looked. Put it on my truck to find it was defective. Went back and assistant manager wanted to argue with me that nothing was wrong with it. I was trying to be as respectful as possible but just wanted to be treated fairly and get this taken care of. I asked him to give my number to manger who wasn't there so he could call me to warranty out. In also stuck with mechanic labor charges and need that covered as well as I will have to pay for that twice. Still no call and it has been a week or so. I wish it could be said that this location has integrity but it doesn't seem that way.
