Got a part here and it looked used in the box so I asked before purchased if it was new, and they…read moresaid it's new. Even assistant manager looked. Put it on my truck to find it was defective. Went back and assistant manager wanted to argue with me that nothing was wrong with it. I was trying to be as respectful as possible but just wanted to be treated fairly and get this taken care of. I asked him to give my number to manger who wasn't there so he could call me to warranty out. In also stuck with mechanic labor charges and need that covered as well as I will have to pay for that twice. Still no call and it has been a week or so.
