Kevin's Auto charged me $500 to replace an ignition switch and less than 6 months later, I had the same "locked ignition" problem. I contacted Kevin an informed him that I had the exact same problem again. My truck was in the parking lot of a local business for 4 days. Kevin instructed me to contact London's Wrecker Service and have it brought back to his shop. Kevin later contacted me to tell me that the problem was a bent key. If the problem was a bent key, why did it "lock up" again? I had the exact same problem when I initially brought it to him for repair. Kevin said he had pictures of the "bent key", but when I asked to see them, he became beligerent and didn't want to talk to me anymore. I asked if the ignition was under warranty and initially he said it was. However, he did not stand behind it and refused to replace it, even though I had the exact same problem that he alledgedly fixed. read more
