I picked up by truck several hours later and was absolutely impressed, to the point that I purchased another one for a family member the next day. When looking for window tint options for my Tesla, I settled on them as the installer due to their experience and professionalism. I had several concerns about the access to the vehicle and the type of tinting they would do with all the glass. After briefly speaking with one of them, all concerns were addressed and I ultimately elected to go with the ceramic tint option. Overall I've had no complaints about Big Daddy's and would absolutely recommend them for anyone that's looking to modify their vehicle. When you spend $800 on a push mower you expect the dealer to say we are sorry and handle the problem. I even had to load it without help after service. All week my girlfriend had been in communication with the salesman. Today 9/25/21, Sat. we had an appointment at 1:45pm and sat our whole day around it. We both test drive the Dodge Durango. Bank had been called earlier that week and she knew what she could do. It was all left up to the test drive, interior and how much they would give for trade in. She sat down with salesman to await to hear from financial to only have the woman from financial to walk over and to tell us that the vehicle had just been sold! Really?? We spend a whole going through everything, set aside a whole Sat even both test drive to only have it sold out while we are going through the process?? What do you not understand about internal communication? So you start a deal with one person and just in case you don't make that sale you go ahead and offer the same deal to another? Management in all the sales area was at fault! The only person that wasn't and that truly sincere was the salesman we dealt with. It was also his last day there and from what we understand this is one of the reasons!

Within 8,000 miles of purchasing a $25k 2018 GMC Sierra with 90k miles my truck has already costed…read moreme $10k in total repairs. I let them know I was looking for a reliable truck to tow my horse trailer. After test driving the truck I requested the alignment and "Service Tire Monitoring System" warning light be fixed. They did. 2 days after getting the truck it is NOT DRIVABLE with power steering locking up on the road! Sent it to GMC and they explained that the otter tire rod was left loose, amongst other things, which is seriously dangerous and can cause a crash! JO Williams agreed to cover the cost and put me in a lender until my truck was fixed. The lender was old, unclean inside, shaky, service light on, and had a massive crack across the window shield. Only 8k miles after purchasing truck, the FIRST TIME towing my horse trailer on a trip (3 hours) and far below tow capacity it breaks down on the side of a busy highway in Houston requiring a $1300 tow home. Absolute nightmare carrying livestock. They found engine related issues requiring $1000 in repairs. 100 miles later I pull trailer to see if problem was fixed. Broke down again! Will be 7k for a new transmission this time! I did not purchase warranty but that does excuse the fact this is the vehicle/ experience I got when purchasing here. This has never been a reliable vehicle. Sorry I have to be transparent if it can help even one person not go through what I have.
