I will start with, I LOVE MY RV. I just wish I could go somewhere with it. I have no idea how to use it or even hitch it up for that matter. And i can't get any one to make an appointment for me at the location I need to have equipment installed in order to tow safely. (Tyler) So, I purchased 2022 Cherokee Wolf Pup about a couple of weeks ago. I worked with the Corsicana location who worked with me over the phone and through text in getting the deal all ready for the final step of signing and purchasing. That was wonderful! I was set to go in the following day to pick up, sign & pay as well as to go over anything & everything and have questions answered. This location is 2 hrs from where I live, so pretty far. But they worked with me and I did the same. It was around 3-4:00 when I got a call from the dealership asking me if I wanted to "close the deal today" and "have my rv before days end". They told me that it was "Friday and we would like to include my sale on the weeks sales report" and that "they could deliver my camper" for me (an xtra $300 expense for me) and I could "have the equipment installed the following week in Tyler with a 10% discount" (much closer to home). That sounded perfect! So I agreed. Plus, my salesperson seemed to have done a lot of work for me being at a distance & I wanted him to be paid the commission (if that's how they are paid). Even though I still had to stop at my bank, finish my daily dog tasks (6 dogs), and drive 2 hrs, I would "move forward hoping to arrive before they closed". My salesperson and the sales manager called my phone every 10-15 minutes asking my eta. And every time I told them I was 15 minutes closer than I was last time they called & I told them my Google Maps eta. Well I arrived very late. I attempted several times to just put it off to the following day as we had originally planned but they were prepared to stay as long as they needed to close the deal that day. Ok, I'm feeling rushed at this point & was kinda irritated by that. But still moving forward hoping to get it done that day. Which I did. I was told earlier in the process that my camper was at a different location and the soonest I could have it was the following day. Hence the reason for next day close on the deal. So it was strange to me that suddenly this was not the case. So I asked about it and they said they had one in stock that was "buried" and they had pulled it out for me. They assured me it was identical to the one I saw and purchased. I will never really know if this is true or not. I love the one I have so that's fine with me. Here i am, 2 weeks later. Dead battery because I know nothing about the equipment or how to charge. My camper is sitting in my driveway lifeless. I can't get my WDH installed because when I call Tyler for an appointment I get called back from another location too far to tow a camper I have no idea how to hook up. Sure videos can help me do this but they can't reasure me that my hook up is correct and safe. I can't find a place to have my brake controller installed. FTRV doesn't install these on Toyotas. I was told Toyota does this. My appointment at Toyota had proven this is not true. So I'm here with my dream purchase and can't do anything with it. I truely did not want to write this review. I had hoped to get my problems resolved. But it's just not happening. I hope to be on the road soon. We shall see.

I bought a mother home in May of 2019. It's been in the shop more than I've had it. Start at camping world.

I drove up 69 in Tyler and saw Camping World then a small sign for RV Station and then a large place called something like Blue Compass, I make a u-turn and find the entrance to RV Sration. Understand I'm an older female alone on my RV shopping, I'm greeted with a warm hello and smile by Tom. Tom asked me what I was looking for and I explained what I wanted and how I would be using the RV and off we went to look at what he had on the lot. We looked at several and he listened to what I did and didn't like or need on each one. He was patient with me, let me look at my own pace and never made me feel rushed. When I found the one I wanted the whole buying process was easy and quick. The parts manager, and service manager were a gem, Blake with a double first name took great care to have the rig ready, the tech that did the walk through answered all my questions. After they brought it to the park I realized I needed some additional items. I ran back over and the parts gal fixed me right up with what I needed and a working knowledge of her products. After a night in the RV I had some questions so I called Tom, he said I'll just run by there and see what you need. He showed up, explained things to me with a wealth of kindness and knowledge. My entire experience with these guys and gals has been exceptional from sales, to service, to parts and the tech that did the walk through. Thanks Tom, Blake, the manager and gals in the back office, you made this ole gal one HAPPY CAMPER.

Not only did they keep the camper for 7 months without even fixing the issue..they tried to charge them a huge price to put a lift on it. When confronted about the pricing issue they looked again and realized it was actually only half that price. My parents went to pick up the camper with only one thing (out of the 3 they were told about needed done) "fixed". I use the term fixed lightly as the part was put on but they cannot pop their camper up whatsoever. The had 4 middle aged strong guys pop it up at this business to show them it then sent them on their way knowing they'd never be able to pop it up on their own, just the two of them. When my dad called the "boss" had no compassion and is offering no solution. They are now left with a camper that still doesn't work, they cannot go camping which they have waited on for months (they actually had to cancel a trip they already scheduled), and they're out a lot of money for absolutely nothing. I highly do not recommend.

They worked very hard to build the sale. And have been able to keep us as a customer. They save you money. They have the selections and comparisons. They are knowledgeable and had us outfitted to a T. Thank you Steven, David, Maria, and all the others on the floor and garage team. We got a bunk house light from Coleman. It matched our towing capacity, budget, and mission. Give them a visit.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service we received during our recent visit…read more My partner and I had a scheduled appointment, yet we waited approximately 2-3 hours without assistance, while other customers who arrived after us were helped first. We were later informed that the delay occurred because the sales team assumed, based solely on my last name, that we only spoke Spanish. As a result, we were told to wait constantly which ended up being for a Spanish-speaking representative--despite the fact that I do not speak Spanish and never requested such assistance. This situation was both frustrating and concerning. Making assumptions about customers based on their name is inappropriate and unprofessional. Not only did this result in a significant waste of our time, but it also left us feeling unfairly stereotyped. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed to ensure that future customers are treated with fairness, respect, and without bias. And yes I did make two separate reviews because no business who deals with the finances of people with many different backgrounds should make assumptions.

She told us we would have to deal with Don and she proceeded to take us inside to meet Don. Don stayed behind an office window and did not even come out to talk with us. When we were waiting to talk to him about the actual price and also about putting our unit on consignment. We needed to know the actual price because the sales lady told us 2 different prices. He instead stayed in his little office and stared out at us and whispered things to the other man in the office. We waited for about 10 AWKWARD minutes as he stared at us and the sales lady kept repeating "there is someone coming to look at that unit Monday". YES, WE KNOW SALES LADY. We understand someone is coming but we couldn't do anything about it when DON wouldn't even come out to talk with us... and instead only told the sales lady it's a good price even though we had not been told a final price. We decided to go across the street to Explore USA (the place the sales lady bathed mouthed and told us DON use to be the manager of previously) and we purchased a unit. I can say that Explore USA made a great move getting DON out of their business. Do not shop at this place and give your hard earned money to people who care and want to treat their customers with respect.
