I normally do not write reviews as everyone has different, needs, wants or expectations BUT I feel like a LOT NEEDS TO BE SAID about RV Station, Tyler. I drove up 69 in Tyler and saw Camping World then a small sign for RV Station and then a large place called something like Blue Compass, I make a u-turn and find the entrance to RV Sration. Understand I'm an older female alone on my RV shopping, I'm greeted with a warm hello and smile by Tom. Tom asked me what I was looking for and I explained what I wanted and how I would be using the RV and off we went to look at what he had on the lot. We looked at several and he listened to what I did and didn't like or need on each one. He was patient with me, let me look at my own pace and never made me feel rushed. When I found the one I wanted the whole buying process was easy and quick. The parts manager, and service manager were a gem, Blake with a double first name took great care to have the rig ready, the tech that did the walk through answered all my questions. After they brought it to the park I realized I needed some additional items. I ran back over and the parts gal fixed me right up with what I needed and a working knowledge of her products. After a night in the RV I had some questions so I called Tom, he said I'll just run by there and see what you need. He showed up, explained things to me with a wealth of kindness and knowledge. My entire experience with these guys and gals has been exceptional from sales, to service, to parts and the tech that did the walk through. My parents who are both retired and have found a new love for traveling in their pop up camper to state parks recently used RV Station in Tyler to fix an issue on their camper. Not only did they keep the camper for 7 months without even fixing the issue..they tried to charge them a huge price to put a lift on it. When confronted about the pricing issue they looked again and realized it was actually only half that price. My parents went to pick up the camper with only one thing (out of the 3 they were told about needed done) "fixed". I use the term fixed lightly as the part was put on but they cannot pop their camper up whatsoever. The had 4 middle aged strong guys pop it up at this business to show them it then sent them on their way knowing they'd never be able to pop it up on their own, just the two of them. When my dad called the "boss" had no compassion and is offering no solution. They are now left with a camper that still doesn't work, they cannot go camping which they have waited on for months (they actually had to cancel a trip they already scheduled), and they're out a lot of money for absolutely nothing. I have found their prices for parts and service to be very competitive with other dealerships in the area. We live on a very tight budget and they understand this well and work with us. RV station is the pinnacle of customer service! I bought my 5th wheel from them last spring to use at my deer lease and for family vacations. Jennifer Lain was our sales rep. She listened to every desire and concern that we had, and found the perfect RV for us. After a few months we noticed a few minor repairs that needed to be made as with anything. We took our RV back to RV Station where David Reed, the master of the service department, saw to our every need, and completed our repairs much faster than we had anticipated. In short, there is NO WHERE ELSE to buy an RV than RV station in Tyler. They are our go to people for anything RV!!! read more

We bought our 5 th wheel in February 2018 and we had high expectations for using it full time. I could go into great details of all the issues we had. At first R/V service was what you would expect. We had numerous warranty claim on our unit. Unfortunately R/V station couldn't resolve issue's with Keystone. We had to hire an attorney to represent us. R/V wasn't willing to provide our attorney with the necessary documents needed when requested. It appears that R/V station didn't want to assist us in resolving our issues after the sale. Due to this experience we wouldn't recommend R/V station for service after the sale nor would we ever purchase another Keystone Product because of their unwillingness to stand behind their products and warranty service. read more

Cannot recommend this place if you are looking for a solar specialist. Was assured when I made the appointment to have my fifth wheel solar system evaluated and repaired that there was nothing these guys couldn't fix. A few additional minor repairs were requested at the time and about half of them were addressed even after a $1000 plus bill that included 2 hours of labor for them "being on the phone with Renogy". Upon taking delivery I noticed that an alarm was sounding continuously on the inverter and was assured that it "should be ok". Since I didn't have time to troubleshoot then and there I paid the bill only to find out later that nearly zero electrical concerns were addressed properly by these so called experts. After much leg work on my part, and "phone time with Renogy" it was discovered that the panel cables coming into the charge controller were mislocated on the load ports instead of the pv ports. (Something an expert should not have missed and turned out to be the cause of a severe battery over voltage condition resulting in a nearly 17 volt charge state at rest). Paid these Yahoo's an exorbitant amount of money to fix a problem that I had to mostly fix myself and is still not completely rectified as a new "power surging" condition exists when plugged into shore power that wasn't there before. I expressed my feelings of being overcharged and received a very nonchalant response that that was their going rate and nothing could be done. I am now disputing the charges with my bank to achieve resolution. The only reason for two stars was their "timely" completion of items that actually were addressed since that appears to be their only focus; if that is in fact what you are looking for. If not, I would recommend going elsewhere as you will be disappointed with the technical competency and customer service of RV station in Tyler, Tx. UPDATE: After two months and zero use of my awning fabric these idiots installed, the material has mysteriously detached from the tube on one end after I brought up the fact that it looked loose upon initial inspection at pick up. Was told it should "shrink up after being in the sun a bit". Well after about the third total time opening it following the replacement, the material fell slack and a cord came tumbling out and is hanging. They pass the buck saying it's a "warranty issue". Carefree of Colorado says otherwise and I honestly side with them given the plethora of other issues I have had with these guys at RV station. STEER WELL CLEAR OF THESE F*CKTARDS read more
