Went to Jacks to inquire about a stereo upgrade and ceramic window tinting .First of all the office /showroom was dirty and in disarray .The gentleman behind the counter was on the phone but told me he would be with me in a second. Once he was off the phone I enquired about upgrading my factory sound in my 2022 1500 truck .He just pulled a number out of the air of $1900 dollars .Now how he got to that amount who knows .Then I asked about the ceramic window tinting .He once again grabbed the air and threw out $450 .I felt as if I were in a used car dealership .Good luck to them but I found another shop that actually sat down with me and explained exactly what I would need .And broke down the pricing .They were substantially less expensive and I have more trust having them do the work .So in the future don't just pull numbers out of your hind end. read more

I went there to address a problem I was having with my subwoofer box (JL Audio). The man at the desk let me know the pricing and what they would do to see what the issue was. In a short time, they found the issue and fixed it. I did ask the man at the desk what I could add to my vehicle because I was missing "clarity" while driving on the highway. He understood exactly what I was trying to convey and gave me options to add to my system (another set of speakers and an amp). I set up a time/date to return for them to do the work. When I arrived for my appointment, they got my car in quickly and did a fantastic job doing the install. At the end, the tech did let me know there was an issue with my current Kenwood head unit. I asked what was a good replacement and if I got the new head unit if they could install it before I left. He said, "sure, no problem" and pretty quickly got that done as well. My car sounds a ton better. I'm extremely impressed with the Memphis products (4"kick panel speakers, and the Memphis ones they added (6"). I also got the Rockford Fosgate amplifier for them (per their suggestion) which was spot on. I am seriously happy with my purchase and the great service I was given while I was there. I will be going back to this location for any other stereo stuff I need to get done on any of my cars. read more

Went in to have some ground effects lights installed on a vehicle. The service was good and they seemed to know what they were doing. They did offer a one-price quote and adhered to it. Their products are a little pricey, but that is expected from a custom shop. Very happy with the experience, service, and efficiency of the process. read more

I took my Dad's RV in to have a new android head unit installed. The installer made a mistake, and cracked the screen. Instead of giving me the run around, or pointing fingers, Derek (owner) immediately apologized and swore he'd make things right, which he did without any hesitation. A few days later the new screen was installed and we were on the road, enjoy our new head unit! Mistakes happen. It's easy to have good customer service skills when things go smoothly. When things go wrong, it's the measure of a good company how they make things right and treat their customers. My hat is off to Derek and James for their awesome customer service skills!!! My father decided to take my car to Jack's to have a stereo installed as a gift. The stereo is very nice. I'm very happy with the stereo, let's be clear on that. What I was not happy with is the fact that the technician broke the console piece around my stereo and tried to tell my dad that it was already like that. Needless to say, it wasn't. I called Jack's Stereo on the phone. I asked to speak with a manager. I explained the situation to him, in detail, and he immediately became very irate and defensive. He tried to tell me that there were already small cracks in it and they got worse after the technician started working on it, which is not true. There were no cracks previously in the console. Now, anyone who looks at the console would be able to tell that it was clearly broken by someone trying to pry it off from the top. It's incredibly obvious. Well, all he did was yell at me, argue with me, and call me a liar. Literally, he called me a liar. So basically they are not going to pay to replace it. They aren't going to refund the installation fee. They aren't going to do anything to make amends for their mistake. And the worst part was his attitude toward me. He was just plain mean to me and completely uncooperative. To put it simply, he was a jerk. I do not recommend Jack's Stereo to anyone. read more
