I was trying to fix an electrical issue with my trailer lights when I lost power to my truck as well. I placed a call and spoke with Brandy. She was very pleasant and did ask me if I had checked all of the fuses before connecting me with a mechanic, Larry. They provided me with the hourly rate and trip charge. They are reasonably priced and provided me with an ETA for the mechanics arrival. Once he arrived, he was a very pleasant gentleman that took time to answer my questions and explain what the issue could be. After his troubleshooting, Larry was able to find the issue, correct it, and repair the trailer light issue that I was trying to fix to begin with. I would definitely recommend this company for their service, timeliness, and attention to detail. Hopefully, I won't have too many other issues, but if I do, they will be first on my list to call.

We asked about ordering one off Amazon but she sounded like they have had problems with that before bc then you have to pay the dealership to program it. So I asked how much a key fob would be if I bought it from you today and she said $350. I thought well for the convenience of getting it right now I'd pay the $350. Then she tells me I have to wait until tomorrow to see if they have it in stock if not it could be a few more days. So I paid and left. After 9 days I called bc I hadn't heard anything and James looked it up and said well I'll have to call you back in a few mins so I can see if that came in or not. I said ok. So then I ended up talking mostly to A J and he said yes the part was in but I would need to schedule an hour appointment and pay an additional $160 programming charge. I was totally shocked as an additional fee was NEVER mentioned unless I wanted the slip in key for $60 but I didn't. I told A J that she didn't tell me there would be an additional fee. He said well I always tell my customers about this charge and I said well you weren't the one that helped us. I said if I would have known I would have gone a different route so I'll have to call you back. It was a waste of time calling A J back bc he was very sarcastic and patronizing to me. He said he asked Suzette about the charge and she said she told us and miraculous A J now remembers hearing her tell me that too. I said most of the time you weren't even near us. Well he say I heard it. I said then you are lying. He said so you are saying both of us are lying I said yes you are. My daughter and I bother were talking with her. I said I'll just come and get my money back and he said that's fine but you will be charged a 20% restock charge. I went right up there and prayed for God to help me not argue with A J. It would have to be an absolute emergency for me to use this service department. Honestly they acted like they didn't even want me as a customer.

My car was scraped up by an elderly driver, and her insurance determined that I was 10% at fault…read more Her insurance cut me a check for what they estimated to be "90% of the repair costs," so naturally, my goal was to find someone that could repair the damage without me paying anything! I first visited a big, corporate repair location... a young dude wearing sport sunglasses walked out to my car, took one look at my front bumper and said, "Oh yeah, we'll need to replace that bumper, and that front panel, too. There's no way to fix those scratches." His estimated cost was at least 2.5x the insurance payout, meaning I'd need to pay the difference up front & submit the new higher estimate back to the insurance company. Plus, my 10% would've been really, really large. Then I went to Fishburn. The young man working that day looked at my car, carefully checked the paint color and said, "Okay, I can fix all of this. She did a number on this curve here, but I bet I can make it look right again." After checking over the figures, he gave me a price about $200 below the insurance check amount. I was stunned. I think I said "thank you" at least four times. He had my car ready in 4 days, and it looked brand new. I'll absolutely go back to Fishburn if I ever need work on my car again.
