Today I thought I had received an after Thanksgiving blessing or maybe an early Christmas present,…read morebut now I realize I received BOTH! I needed a windshield gasket reinstalled after my vehicle painter had not properly reinstalled it and it was flopping around in the wind. Ace Auto Glass agreed to look at what could be done. They found the gasket was of the type that should be applied to the windshield glass BEFORE installation. The expert technician showed me that he could trim a lip off of the gasket and then glue it into the groove. His creative suggestion worked like he said. But here is when the blessings occurred - the great work was done at no charge! The kind folks at Ace Glass happily sent me out with a grateful smile on my face. Thanks for good people with kind hearts.

When all the other dealers wouldn't look at our car for another 3 days (or wouldn't look at our car at all) they said they could get us in the following morning at 7:30am (We called late in the afternoon). They gave us a quick update and said it could be fixed by noon. It was fixed by 10:30 am! They even offered to pick us up saving us an Uber or Lyft expense. Without them, we'd either be stranded in TX for another few days or have to spend hundreds on a rental car to take home and then drive all the way back from OK when it was fixed. They really saved our bacon. They are quick and curtious. I can't recommend them enough.

They had a vehicle I wanted to purchase for my wife for Christmas. We live out of state. He assured me that I did not need to give a deposit that my word was enough to secure the vehicle. We began the paperwork process and we both took off of work on Monday to travel and finish the deal. The salesman we were dealing with called us less than 24 hours later to say they sold the vehicle. This is a very disappointing situation and not the way a professional business should be ran. I do not recommend using this dealership.

If you are in the market for a new ride, don't cheat yourself by settling for anything, or anyone less than these rockstars!

A part had to be ordered and my truck left with them til work could be completed. Toni gave me an estimated time for the repair, which they were able to beat by a couple of days, and got me back on the road. Toni communicated well thru the entire experience. She is always friendly and available when my truck needs service and the cost is very competitive with other options. In the past, I've not been one to really use dealer service departments, but in recent years I've come to trust Peters for all our vehicle needs, both Ram and Chevy.
