READ THE REVIEWS!!!! My situation is much like another one i read. Long story short. Called, got quote, said yes, was to get the job done before noon and did not arrive at the house till after 6 that evening...mind you it's dark...asked if I was going to take it to get tint and I said yes, he said he can do it for a few bucks more, I said yes. He said that evening that bc it's dark check the tint in the daylight and if there was any bubble or mistakes let him know and he would fix for free. Next day checked and there were bubbles and did not match the other front window and did not place the window buttons back on correctly. My daughter took her car to the guys (James Marable) house as he requested to get a windshield replaced. He said he was working out of his home. He told her that the car would be ready in a few hours, but a few hours turned to all day into late that night and it was dropped off at 10:40 but he took for ever to answer the door. After getting the car home it was dark so we inspected it the next day. He broke a part on the vehicle that we were ok replacing with a used part so it would not cost him so much. He said that he would replace the part, but not only did he not replace the part... The windshield was leaking. It rained hard a couple of days later, and her car was filling up with water. We told him about it and he said he would fix it but then he quit answering our phone calls and texts, and he just ignore us, I strongly suggest you find someone professional because he has no idea what he's doing and doesn't care about Customer Service and taking care of his customers. He owes us for the part and we had to get the windshield fixed somewhere else. It cost us more money to replace the part he broke and didn't bother to tell us he broke, then tried to deny breaking, and get the windshield fixed than it would've cost us to go somewhere else from the very beginning. Blake Bullard is the owner & who I had my experience with. He doesn't have a shop anymore (blames his previous partner ran it into the ground), completely no shows & doesn't answer the phone or texts for HOURS leading into the next day if that after i had to contact him multiple times, he rescheduled MULTIPLE times, has product stolen from him (left product outside & distributor delivers at the end of his driveway), makes excuses, lies, says he'll do one thing & then doesn't do it, doesn't respect your time, he left glass in my car & all around my car with trash. Wife is rude also. She said I was treating them like children & trying to punish them when I was holding them accountable and trying to pay for the glass only and take my installation elsewhere, then added a fee (he still had my deposit of $260 & wouldn't return it after the 1st excuse he gave me). The man made me wait 4 days. I made him wait 45 minutes, I was at work, & he threatened to take windshields & back glass. read more

My husband and I brought in our vehicles on Saturday, after waiting 3 hours we were told that my car was finished but my husband's truck was not because they ordered the wrong glass. They had already taken the glass out of his truck. They told us to come back Tuesday afternoon. After waiting a few hours on Tuesday they said that it wouldn't be ready until around 4. We called at 4:45pm and they said it would be ready in 5 minutes. We arrived to the owner screaming on the phone because the glass that he had just told us he was installing was NOT actually there. He told my husband that he would get the glass and deliver the truck to our home by 10:30pm. At 11:22 they said they were leaving in 15 minutes. At 11:54 they text us and asked us to call a guy named Blake. Blake tried to delay the delivery again. But instead he finally brought the truck at 12:30am. Who doesn't tie a 4 wheeler down in the back of their truck? Crack solutions doesn't. I was the car at the intersection of 1844, and had I not hesitated at the light your red 4 wheeler that flew out of the back of your truck and bounced down the road you would have hurt me and my daughter. I had a 8am appt. It was raining out, so we met and rescheduled for 10am. Got back to the house, no one there. Called and let them know I was at the house at 10am. At 1030am called, no answer, voicemail full. Called at 1040am they said they were at Whataburger waiting for their food. At 1110am still no one has showed up, I called, no answer. Scheduled window replacement with Safelite and left without getting my window replaced. Safelite was $55 less. Did I mention I drove an hour from my house to get this service from Crack windows.... read more

We reserved a U Haul from them and when we got there he said the transmission was out. They did not even call us to let us know. This was the only truck we were able to get for that day and put us in a major situation. He said he did not care and it was not his job to call us and tell us or offer to find us another one. read more

I drove from Irving to get my Hummer H2 windshield replaced. Price was the main factor but the reputation of Crack Solutions was also important. This is a huge piece of glass and needed two techs to install. Great job! read more
