We used this company twice. Once for a shower door that was delivered and installed in our home. The 2nd was glass cut to fit the top of 2 side tables. The cost was quoted on the phone and then when we picked it up it was twice the cost of the quote. The woman at the desk was incredible rude to us. She was also rude to the other woman working in the front the entire time we were in the lobby. The glass was fine. The service was awful. I won't go back. read more

I had shower glass installed through Longview glass. While they were the cheapest, it took two trys to get the sizes correct and they are very poor at communicating status of your job. At one I called to ask what the status was and instead of communicate they said they were coming that day - did not ask when we are available. read more

Okay so I just left this place. Picked up some glass for a friend! The work of the glass was fine. Heard negative things about how they simply suck but surprisingly enough not in this case. customer service WAS HORRIBLE! no welcoming words, not even aknowledged when I said hi I was ignored. Down right rude in my opinion! these woman obviously hate there job and hopefully the two front desk ladies find a hobby or a Prescription medication that allows them to treat people with a smidge of respect! This isn't just coming from me but SEVERAL other people who have used Longview glass services and I'm the only one with the balls to finally do something about it. I will never use them again. LONGVIEW GLASS IS TERRIBLE......I ordered a shower door on October 3rd you have to call and call and the man will never return your call. I paid half for my new shower door 693.32 and I have had to call so many times the ladies put me off, always saying the man who schedules the installation will call me back and he never does. I scheduled the installation for a Monday, no call and no show, scheduled for Tuesday and no show again I had to call back on Thursday and the lady called Justin the installer he immediately came well he partially put in the doors still cannot use as all the parts did not come in and he said they will expedite the parts and they will be on Monday well I called twice last week and on Tuesday after I was told they would be in lady that intercepts your calls said I don't know why Justin told you that they should be in this Friday, so on Friday I called again and the lady that intercepts the calls says I THINK they are here BUT HAVE NOT BEEN CHECKED IN I WILL TAKE YOUR NAME AND NUMBER and have the scheduler call you, I said he never ever calls back she says OH YES HE WILL HE IS ON THE PHONE, HE IS ALWAYS ON THE PHONE, she took my name and number again and guess what HE NEVER CALLED AGAIN. I called this morning at 7:45 and when she heard my story said you will have to call back nobody is here. I am so fed up with this company I wish I had never used them.
