Hands down one of the best brunch places in Seattle. And unlike the other restaurants with that distinction, there aren't stupid long waits in order to get a table. All the way down in White Center, I can already tell that this will quickly become a hot spot as the gentrification of the area continues and I'm almost hesitant to leave this review as I want to keep this place as secret as possible! But alas, praise about a place this tasty cannot be contained and I resign myself to adding to the already high amount of five star reviews. I've sampled across the menu at this point and I've never had a less than excellent dish. The food is always hot and crisp when it's supposed to be and soft and fluffy when expected. Particular stand outs are the Dulce de Leche French Toast - gooey on the inside and crisp on the outside, closely rivaling my other local favorite up at Toulouse Petit - and the Migas con Jamie - which is a delicious textural landscape with crisp bits of tortilla and soft scrambled egg with tomato, corn, and caramelized onion. read more

Perhaps it was a busy day, but hard boiled eggs do not a Eggs Benedict make. Waited over 30 minutes for our breakfast, which wouldn't be a terrible thing except we got food that was not as described. Potatoes had no salt, which seemed odd because our server showed up with a pepper mill asking if we'd like some pepper on our eggs. No salt shaker though. Left still hungry and confused. Came here today with a friend. In order the spinach and mushroom omelette with rustic bread and potatoes. My friend ordered the spinach salad with quinoa hash with avocadoes. Her dish was 2x the size of mine and also looked really good. My dish was delicious. I would have preferred more omelette than bread or potatoes honestly. The waitress came by more often than necessary when asking us when we were ready to order, kinds wish they had done that with water service. I wish I could remember the waitress's name because she was quite possibly the worst I've ever had. She neglected to even get us water after we had specifically asked for it (TWICE) and even poured herself a glass in front of us. A great find thru Yelp. Enjoyed brunch- chorizo hash with over easy eggs and fresh slices of avocado. My husband enjoyed his eggs Benedict with a poblano sauce. This place was incredible. The food was exceptionally yummy and the service was top notch. We came in on a Wednesday afternoon and were waited on by Blanca which also happens to be this amazing chef. She was so kind with our kids. They are 4, 2 & 9 months so it's not always easy finding an easy pick for them on the menu. She right away told me to let her know what they like and made them something special just for them. We had the French toast, the eggs Benedict with chorizo and spinach as well as the pork belly breakfast sandwich. It couldn't have been better. We will definitely be back! We didn't get to try this cafe because it wasn't open when it said it would be -- strange business practices :( Maybe I'm out of the loop because I'm not from the area, but be careful before you stop by and make sure it's actually open, and not closed when it says it's open! The information provided about when this place is open is quite confusing -- Google says it closes at 3:30, the door says it closes at 4:30, and Yelp says it closes at 4:30. We stopped by today, July 17, at 3:15 thinking it closed at 4:30 (because we found it on Yelp and thus were looking at the hours shown here). I went to open the door at 3PM and it wouldn't budge -- strange, because when I looked over at the hours posted on the door, I read open from 10AM-4:30PM. The open sign was off, but there was NO information anywhere regarding the extra closure. We're quite disappointed that we drove all the way over here only to find it closed while thinking all the while it was open. read more

I hate to write this review but we continue to order from this place and they continue to get it WRONG every. Single. Time. The request is no cheese on the Migas and Greenbridge can never get it right. It really sucks that we like this place but will no longer be ordering from here. We call to let them know and they always blame the delivery service....it's not the driver who picks it up is supposed to control the food or cheese added or removed. They never refund us, we drove there last time because we just wanted some breakfast and they made it AGAIN with cheese. This sadly isn't the first, second or third time this has happened. We will no longer recommend eating here as the food never turns out and the customer service is some of the worst we have ever seen, never trying to correct the food just blaming other people when it's coming from their kitchen. read more

Turkey sandwich. Missing aioli sauce for fries and sandwich is basically mayo, onions, soggy bread from too much mayo. Wilted lettuce. This costed me about $17.50 for total disappointment. I got a great sandwich about 5 years ago. I live in the building so I give this place multiple tries a year. BUT they have been getting worse. Employees always seem disgruntled to be there, you aren't greeted when walking in, they often totally ignore you until you've been standing at the counter for 15 minutes. I was told to take a seat. I did not want to eat at the Cafe just order take out. Yet I was sitting there over 40 minutes. They did not give me a total price, just wrote all my card info on paper. Super unsafe. When I opened my food box, within 5 minutes of being handed the sandwich, everything was cold and missing items. I notified the cafe and only get excuses but every single time they screw my order. It's a simple turkey sandwich but is made mostly of poor ingredients, very little turkey, way much mayo and onions. Better sandwiches, for a better price, with MUCH friendlier service, can be found across the street at Dubsea Coffee. Maybe get brunch here but for sure not the turkey sandwich I literally vomited from the soggy plainess of this. I think the mayo was off. I think it was all off. This could have been a GREAT spot to eat at for people who live in the surrounding apartments. This is a wasted opportunity. read more

Super cute spot in White Center. It's a bit hidden as it's not viewable from the main streets in White Center but the area is super clean and if it's nice out a stroll after breakfast here is perfect. They make their own pastries and the cinnamon rolls are good. Breakfast is also good too. The menu isn't extensive but I do wonder if they change it because it was different from when I went the very first time. I'd definitely say try if you're thinking about it :) read more

We started with the yummy cinnamon roll which was warmed up just right. Cleaned that plate. Chorizo con papa was fresh, not too spicy, topped with over easy eggs. I requested tortillas to substitute the bread offered. The Gnoochi was tasty. Based on the reviews I was really excited to try this place for brunch. I thought that it might be crazy busy because it was a Sunday during the day but I walked in and there was no one there much to my delight. I was immediately greeted and seated while I waited for my other party to join. Everything on the brunch menu is Mexican style food. The brunch menu is a pretty decent array of choices that all looked really good. I decided on the chorizo and hash and I have to say I was somewhat disappointed. For the price of the meal we got a lot of potatoes in the dish. I know it does come with hash but I felt like the whole dish was comprised of mostly potatoes with a tiny bit of meat and eggs on the side. The dish was very flavorful but I just wish there was more of the eggs and the chorizo and not so many potatoes. The place seemed cool and I will definitely have to check it out if I'm in the area. The one thing I do have to say that made me raise an eyebrow is the waitress was blowing her nose and then immediately went to place silverware on the tables. The area is adorable for one. That got us off on a great start. Then, the wait staff, she was just the sweetest. We wanted to start with a cinnamon roll but they were out. Not really sure if I went on an off day? Service was good, the portion size was really small for how much the dishes are. I got the potato gnocchi for brunch and I think I got a cup maybe a cup and a half of gnocchi for 16$. The flavors were good but it's not really worth going if you don't leave satiated. The first thought in my head when the food came out was "where's the rest of the food" my next thought was "did this really take that long to cook" I would avoid this place unless you live nearby and have $20 to spend on good taste but not a complete breakfast. read more

Wow. This place is a hidden gem! I travel for work a lot hence spending a lot of time traveling between seattle and seatac airport. And when im on the way home from a trip im often tired but also hungry, looking for comfort and good food! I came across this place via yelp on my last travel and just wow. Perfect brunch food, comfortable home-y ambience and friendly price for their dishes. We got the ham eggs Benedict and spinanch gnocchi. Everything was so FRESH AND UNIQUE! the benedict sauce has a spicy kick to it with some jalapeño. Its amazing! Their potatoes are also cooked to perfection. I've visited on a few occasions trying different meals. I originally came for the eggs benedict and was blown away with everything. The flavor, presentation, and unique twist makes it one of the best I've ever had. I went with the chorizo kind which comes with poblano sauce. The way the chef integrates the Mexican cuisine with breakfast is incredible. The French toast is beyond tasty. It's fluffy yet crunchy where it should be. The dulce de leche makes it better than most all French toasts I've had. The service is always friendly, attentive, and ready to answer any questions about the food or ingredients. Time of wait isn't bad at all. The chilaquiles is also top notch. Not quite the ones I'm familiar with (Southern California), but man it was amazing. Come for the food, don't mind the service. This place has a real local vibe, where regulars hang out and how slow breakfasts. The food is pretty good, as many other reviewers have said before me. The dulce de leche french toast was fluffy and soft in the middle, not too dense - recommend. I'll also have to come back to try the cinnamon rolls. A couple of things turned me off, though. First, my order was wrong - it arrived with bacon rather than sausage - and while they brought me sausage, they asked me to out the bacon on a side plate and then took that away. No apology, nevermind, but it brings me to my larger problem with bad hygiene practices. I suppose I should reassure the person who had my orginal slices of bacon that I don't have a cold, and neither spat, coughed nor sneezed on the bacon. Also, I saw some bacon from a tray being placed in a takeaway box, using nothing but bare fingers. I'll assume the bacon was hot enough to kill any germs? Third, and this is probably the least of their worries, our food took something like 30 minutes to arrive. It was a full house but not in a big cafe. No one ever checked on us between us being seated and our paying at the counter. I don't know why we tipped our usual 20%. read more

Before coming here I was surprised to see it had a full 5 star rating after so many reviews since those are really hard to come by, but this place absolutely deserves it. I tried the chilaquiles and the jamón migas for brunch and both were phenomenal. Tortillas were crisp, meats well seasoned, and the sauces...sweet mother of god. The best thing about living in whitecenter is little places like this.
