To soft and it is like water and bland to a cheese with a very light flavor to begin with and too firm and it can have the texture of mozzarella. The shell of this was perfect and allowed me to enjoy it with the toasted bread. The warmed olives are a great way to start the meal. There is a hint of chili oil and decorated with arugula. I am not a fan of kale, however, the manner in which this salad is made with shredded kale, and a tangy dressing with toasted spiced garbanzo beans with Kalamata olives, blue cheese covered with thier lemon basil vinaigrette was just wonderful. The spicy shrimp strike an interring balance between the slices that are used and heat from the spices. I could eat this dish all night.
