For ramen, my bf got the Tonkotsu ($1 extra for spicy), and I got the Mayu. I see why it has such high reviews, both were delicious. The roasted garlic oil was amazing and complimented the pork broth. The seasoned soft-boiled egg was our favorite part, not just lightly seasons either. It was sweet and savory with each bite, and the creaminess from the jammy yolk was fantastic. The charred cha siu slices had a slight sweetness too, and the fat through the slices gave it this wonderful melt in your mouth, mouth feel.
