I've been a loyal customer for the past four years, and I truly enjoy coming here. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and professional, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. Ann is my go-to nail technician, and she consistently does an excellent job, always making sure my nails are exactly how I like them. Lee, Crissy, and Sunny are also fantastic and provide exceptional service. The pedicure technicians are equally skilled and attentive, delivering a relaxing and high-quality experience every time. One of the things I appreciate most is the quality of their work. My nails consistently last three to four weeks without any issues. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for outstanding service and talented professionals. read more

I haven't gotten tips on in probably 7 years. I looked up some ideas on Pinterest and was so nervous to actually go and get them done since I just get a regular gel mani typically. I went for it and showed Ann a pic of my inspiration. She absolutely crushed it and actually did better than what I had envisioned. I was so happy with how my nails turned out. Go to green tea !! They always hook me up. Thank you, Ann! read more

Not from this are I was visiting and just 2 days before Thanksgiving I was recommended Green Tea Salon. It was easy to find parking and parking was easily available in the back. I walked in and was greeted with a smile. Sunny took me right away and took good care of me as it was only my 3rd time getting build on gel. So I was nervous especially that I'm not from here. She did a great job. Great salon I recommend it highly. read more

I love this salon.. I don't get my nails done as often as I used to but I'm finally getting back into it. I have had a pedicure and a manicure here and both times were pleasant. The techs are very sweet and not overbearing. They give you what you ask for and it's wonderful. They're quick and affordable.. I did get gel manicure last week and it did chip pretty quick. I went yesterday for a mani pedi. They were all so welcoming when I came in and got me started right away. No appointment needed. They did a great job on both. I can't stop looking at my hands and feet!! Beautiful read more

I had an appointment earlier today at Green Tea. I always went before quarantine and couldn't wait to get back. I had a great experience. Everyone was so happy to be back. I came here one day before my vacation and by the time my 4 day vacation was over, I had two chipped nails. I also got a light color and they stained. It wasn't even a crazy vacation!!! I am not the least bit happy with the place and will not be going back. I only gave it 2 stars because the place is clean and the people were nice. They're also a bit more expensive than your average. read more

I only go there for pedicures. There other services are too much But I love it because it's clean, comfortable, not alot of loud conversation, no one is eating, the kids are well behaved and considering this is my time, that's the environment I'm looking for. Ok about the pedicure, gentle yet focused and the do a great job plus it comes with the paraffin wax. If you are looking for something wild and different for your nails, this is not the spot. The pedicures are amazing and never fail to disappoint! They put this little bag with some sort of orange liquid on your heel to soften it which is a nice touch. I also got a gel manicure which I wasn't too fond of- even though it looked nice. I don't feel like she really cleaned my nails and the polish (Essie) was thin. My nail chipped after 4 days and I had to go back. Would only go here for a pedicure. read more

I go to Green Tea Nails whenever I am in the area. I mostly get pedicures here since that's my self-pampering method of choice. The shop is clean. The technicians have done a good job with my toenails every time I came here. I would recommend this salon to anyone in the area! read more

I love Green Tea nails. They do amazing gel manicures. Pedicures are good too. Very clean !

Every time I go I have a horrible experience they rush the service they are rude and they over charge I've tried over and over to give them a chance and it always ends with me upset It's close to my house and that's why I go but It's always a waste! read more

This place is ridiculous. Ive given them many chances (more than 5 visits) because they are close to where I live. But I dont plan on ever returning. Every nail salon charges $5 or less for gel removal. This place charges $17!!! On top of that the staff is rude and not accomodating. read more

Lets see how can I say it..This place has 2 kinds of people .. the pedicure ladies are great!! the nail tech are super RUDE, barely speak english and when you want your set done a certain way they get upset and do a very poor job. I payed $90 and then ended up in another nail place pleading for someone to fix them without breaking my pocket read more

Staff is either a hit or a miss. For the most part they are nice. If they were a bit friendlier I would give them a higher rating. However, their work is pretty good. I'm a guy so I'm pretty simple, occasional mani & pedi for me it's just fine. read more

Green Tea Nails - Pedi station. - Nail Salons Near Me - Cranford, New Jersey

Green Tea Nails is a great " go to" place outside of your salon. The women who work there are efficient and provide your services to you with great care. If there is ever an issue, they will address it without any problems. No appointment is necessary, however I prefer to make one. And as an added bonus, they have a rewards program you can sign up for. I have been going to Green Tea Nails since they opened, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

This place had no one who spoke fluent English let alone someone who would take the time to speak to me for more for 15 secs . My pedicure was over price and she didn't even cut my toe nails even . They want 80$ for a full set of nails ! Are you serious ? Then the paint job on my toes was bubbly and uneven all the owner could do is offer me to put another coat over it after telling her my complaints. I felt rushed and unsatisfied. Bad business read more

This was the absolute WORST manicure I have ever received. The lady who did my nails was probably the owner/manager considering everyone was wearing an apron, except for her. Not only did she scrape my fingers with the nail buffer, she also pushed my cuticles with unnecessary roughness. She had fake nails on or acrylic nails and would hurt my nails every time she fixed a mistake... mind you, this happened COUNTLESS TIMES. Then, as she was applying my nail color, she did it horribly. It was all over my fingers. At first I thought I was making a big deal, but then I showed my girlfriend who was there with me and she absolutely agreed that it was a horrible manicure. I then went and told the lady to fix it, who subsequently gave me an attitude, so I told her to take the whole thing off. She was like, "you don't like the blue?" Instead of creating a bigger scene, I just said PLEASE TAKE IT OFF. She then said something to one of her workers in Korean and the two of them laughed. She took the nail color off and there were still remnants of blue everywhere. I decided that arguing again would be pointless. What I really should have said was give me my $10 back and the tip. YOU DESERVE NOTHING AND SHOULD BE FIRED, BUT SINCE YOU PROBABLY OWN THE PLACE, I HOPE NO ONE ELSE COMES HERE FOR THEIR OWN SAKE. Instead of worrying about causing a scene, I should have gave her a piece of my mind. Needless to say, save your money and find some place else. This place should be closed down. read more

I love this place. Whenever I make a trip home to NJ, I always make sure to drop by and get a mani/pedi. The service is great, the owner is very accommodating, and my experiences there have been nothing less than fantastic. I'd highly recommend this location. read more

Just did not like this place. My mani pedi did not last even a day before chipping. There seems to be huge communication issues amongst the staff due to language barriers. Some speak Spanish and the others are some form of Asian so it was like being in two different establishments at the same time. I did not tip well because the service was poor so I was scolded. Oh well. I work too hard to pay top dollar for someone half you know whatting my nails. Go somewhere else. Not worth the money. I went because it was close to me, but don't bother. I just found the staff to be rude and very disrespectful. read more

The customer service is terrible they barely pay attention to you. So focused on talking to each other and looking at the tv. More people than they realize understand Spanish , making fun of nearly every customer in the salon. I rather spend my money elsewhere. read more

I've been here a few times because it's close and convenient. I've always gotten pretty good mani/pedis, not the best but location helps. Last I was there they had Essie and opi and several other polish brands and a lottttt of different colors so the selection is good. The only reason why I don't go back is because I ended up getting a WART on my cuticle after a manicure. EW! Not to mention it took forever to go away. That's really just unacceptable! It's unfortunate that this happened at a decent nail salon, but I don't feel comfortable going to a salon that clearly has sanitizing issues. read more

I went to this salon while traveling..i have been getting my nails done for at least 10yrs now...never an issue..at this salon me and my husband got pedicures and I received a nail fill.. $130 later the gel paint is chipping off 3 nails within a week..i have a nail that completely broke off..the pedicure was the worst ever...they massage our feet and was done..when we asked are you done they looked like what else do you expect..i asked about callous removal on feet and both attendants for me and my husband looked surprised that we asked for it..needless to say we will never return to this salon again..if I could rate 0 stars i definitely would read more

I have been coming to this salon for over two years and never had issues until recently. The nail technicians are RUDE not only to their customers but to the women who do the pedicures. While I was getting my nails done a woman came in who was almost two hours late for her appointment and stood behind me to ask the lady (who was doing my nails) if she could do hers. They then tried to ask me to move and wait so the woman can sit down which I shot down. When I asked for white dots on my ring finger the woman tried to use silver and when I corrected her, she then said "well if I want white that's an extra $10 for both fingers". Yet no charge for the silver? Then when I paid with my card, I was going to tip in cash, but before I blinked the woman looked at the receipt and said "excuse me, you didn't put a tip". I will never go to this place again. Stay away from the nail technician who sits by the pedicure station and take your hard earned money to another salon with fair prices and more professional staff! read more

Been coming here since I moved to the area 2 years ago. Always friendly great service! I haven't had a bad manicure, pedicure, or eyebrow wax! Would definitely recommend to anyone. read more

The girls were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to the pedicures they were giving. The manicure i had by the owner was rushed and incomplete to the point were I got up and left before she painted. I complained to the owner and she said too bad, you got the service you have to pay for it. City prices for a half assed job. read more

Ahhh. Is all I can say about it. There is nothing spectacular about the place but it's not bad and it is convenient for me so it will be my "in case of emergency" spot. The walls need to be painted the pedicure chairs are old and the wax room I would stay away from. However the staff is not unfriendly and there are many nail polish choices. They have always been willing to take me and I didn't have to wait. read more

I love this place. The gel mani I get is a little pricey, but well worth it. The polish looks great sometimes for almost 3 weeks. The only complaint I have is about the woman who I believe to be the owner of the salon. She is very moody and sometimes pushy towards customers. Whenever I call to make an appointment, she tries to get me to come in on another day. Now I don't make appointments anymore. The pedis are great too read more

I came here bc it's convenient and reasonable price for a pedicure but I prob won't go back. This was my second time at the salon and it just didn't jive right with me. I got a sub par massage and scrub and then she filed my nails crooked and unevenly. The polish looked ok but it seemed she was struggling? Idk. Also, the salon itself isn't dirty but it isn't attractive either. read more

Great color selection and pretty normal pricing. They can get super busy during peak times but they are for the most part very accomadating.

I've been coming to green tea nails for awhile now and the last few times were a huge let down. The women who did my pedicure failed to realize I speak Spanish and decided to disrespect me with other clients with another co worker. There are to many nail salons for me to allow disrespect. Green tea nails will never be seeing me again . read more

I just got charged $37 for a REGULAR manicure and a REGULAR pedicure. I could understand paying that if the facility looked like it should charge that but this is just a typical nail place that doesnt even do a GREAT job. There are about 8-9 people working and when you walk in they don't even acknowledge you which makes the whole experience a little more awkward. Never coming back here again! read more

Very friendly and a great nail/waxing salon. The staff is extremely sweet and I'll always be grateful to the warm and welcoming environment they provided to my mom as she battled cancer.
