Nice to watch tv and see when your vehicle is going to be ready.

It's that time again to change the oil. I find that if you come in the morning it's not as busy. They have great service with no speed bumps

We have just learned of Grease Monkey from our local home delivery coupon pack. We normally get our oil change at Jiffy Lube as they often have coupons. When we tried to get an oil change this time, they told us it will take minimum of 45 minutes. We decided to go to Grease Monkey instead and checked them out. Now that we tried Grease Monkey, there is no going back. We love this place. The staff are very nice, knowledgeable and not pushy. You do have to get out of the car when they service your vehicle. Their waiting area is very clean. It comes with coffee station, bathrooms and water bottles. There is a TV monitor on the wall where you can see the service time. They claim that if it takes them longer to do the job than estimate, you get a dollar off for every dollar. Cool. After talking to the service guy he told us that there is another branch in Battle Ground but it is not owned by the same owner. Grease Monkey originated in Colorado and they are trying to expand. This location has been in business slightly longer than 1 year. We were very happy with their service and will come back again!

My boyfriend drives a 2017 Chevy Cruze. The dealer told him his car requires a special oil to maintain his new car warranty. He also thinks the dealer must perform the work to not void the warranty. Is this true?

The dealer is correct about the oil but incorrect about your warranty. We stock 20+ grades of oil including the dexos2 oil your car requires. You can have your service performed at Grease Monkey and it WILL NOT void your new car warranty.

Outstanding staff who truly cared about my car and my concerns. They took time to carefully listen and they have great communication skill and business communication practices. The staff are polite and respectful. I appreciate that they have never tried to "find" additional unrelated work, or to inflate the bill. Their pricing is competitive and fair. On top of everything, they stand behind their work. What a refreshing surprise!

Quit going there because things were adding up to not good. I had an emergency and needed a transmission pan. Over the weekend while they had my car, rats or mice destroyed stuff in my car and started to eat through area where my accelerator is. My first aid kits were eaten up, a nice basket I had my dog stuff in. Unbelievable. The work was fine I mean it was a transmission pan but the rodent issue was disgusting!
