In addition, the price was much better than what I thought it would be and what Google suggested it would be. I referred a good friend of mine to them, and after determining that it was not her transmission, they offered to take her car to the mechanic that she chose. They did not charge her, and it saved me gas money since I didn't have to give her a ride back and forth from home to Metro Transmission and then to the new mechanic. I've bin dealing with Mark at Metro Transmission for over 10 years, he has always bin cheaper then any one else. price quotes has always bin wright on. I do under stand when he gets the trans apart there can be more damage then expected, when there was a emergency he has worked half the night and I got it back in less then 24 hrs. if there is a problem he works on it till it is wright ( This just happened) People need to under stand that Mechanics can't see in side of transmissions or motors.
