Our 2012 Subaru outback premium was making a strange noise so we were able to take it in to this location. When we picked it up the next evening, they had figured out the issue and noticed a few other things we should know about. We felt we were getting the straight information with no embellishment, and two have warning on other things we were going to need to work on. It was great to not be pressured to be told we needed immediate and expensive repairs. We have had this experience at other mechanic shops. We had a very favorable experience and ended up spending right around $3000 for the repair. But it was well worth it some thing our Mechanic son wasn't willing to take on. We've since recommended this business to other friends and family, and none have reported back with any negative experiences. We recently took our car to be serviced. Dropped off a day early. Never heard from the shop until I called 5 days later and the car had been fixed. We never authorized the actual repair as we had let them know to contact us. Thankfully wasn't a large cost. Went to pick up the car and the owner was SO RUDE. We will NEVER use this shop again. Had my car for over a month...never did discuss price for the work I asked to be done...oil change, brakes, locks, and a window. They charged me $948. My car is worth $3,000. They claimed I agreed to the price (I never did) and when I pointed out this was a 1/3 of the total worth of the car...why would I ever agree to this price. They got aggressive with me. I paid and then my car didn't even start. I left with tears in my eyes and with a dead car. The locks weren't even fixed. Seriously got screwed. Total scam artists. read more

I had my 3.0 liter Audi A4 worked on at this shop. Upon picking it up the owner increased my price by 2 times the amount. I later found out he did not put the parts on my car that he had charged me for. He also did not give me a receipt. Watch yourself, you will need to check your parts & make sure to get paperwork up front at this shop...probably best to find a dif shop, but your call. read more
