In November 2021 they charged $145 to remove the broken part of the dipstick from the oil dipstick tube, but they didn't even do the job, I found out about it when I bought a new dipstick and tried to use it. On my demand to do the work I had already paid for, they still removed the broken part of the dipstick, breaking the oil dipstick tube. And they demanded another $618 from me (this is with my new oil dipstick tube). I have never met more greedy and unprofessional services!

Took my Durango in made appointment to have my water pump replaced instead they called me back and said it was not the water pump it was a heater hose and bad clamp cost $300+ Took it home and it still leaked. So Took it back and they said it was a bad radiator cap and another bad clamp. That was $200 + and when they called to let me know it was done but I need a new water pump exactly what I made the appointment for. So now I am out over $550 . I don't think the customer should pay for their trouble shooting and I think it's just lazy tech I know it's hard to see weeping hole on the water pump because of surptine belts and the wider pully bad a flashlight and mirror to see it. Being a Disabled Veteran and health fading I knew that when they called about a heater hose I knew it was not the problem I could see that from looking at the top end but with my health I can't get under it to see. .and knowing that he was lost Aaron and didn't have a clue what he was doing he didn't even check the bypass hose . The damage heater hose was not pumping out all of the coolant that visible looking from the top. Do not go to this honest 1 the other honest 1 shops in town I don't know but this one sucks.

Inside. No patch.

I was so impressed by their professional and polite customer service by Chris that when I needed work done later, they were my first choice.

On the way to visit my friend in Portland I got a flat tire due to a big pothole on the freeway. I…read morewas able to change the tire and make my way to the local Les Schwab the next day. When I got there, they had a two hour wait. I searched for a nearby tire shop and found Hazel Dell tire pros. I called and they had immediate availability. When I got there the man that I spoke with on the phone immediately checked out my tire in my trunk and told me I would need to replace it. He did a quote and it would've taken a day to get the tire which I didn't have because I had to head back home but the quote was very reasonable. He then double checked that I put the spare on correctly and tightened the bolts to make sure it was safe. He didn't charge me and was super friendly. I highly recommend this business. I'm not sure why people are willing to wait two hours for poor service, when friendly service is right around the corner!

The may be a little more expensive than the cut rate shops, but they will work with you to match prices. The foundation of their business is customer service and they stand behind what they sell. They have often helped me with flats and minor things gratis. They'll get you in and out faster than any shop I've done business with. Next time you go to Costco for tires and find out it will take a week or more before you can get them instslled; give Tire Pros a look. You won't regret it.

Wrong alignment done on low car charged me $120 to still…read morehave my car with a crooked steering wheel. I went back and told him about the issue and he blamed it on my suspension. I had gotten my car completely checked before I went to go the alignment done but he insists that it's because of my suspension. I was also told that he would have to charge me $50-60 more just to check if he did it right?? even so he said that he can't guarantee that my steering wheel is going to be straight. I would not recommend coming here for an alignment if you have a low car or car with suspension.

"Wrong job? Don't lecture me, kid."…read more I came to your shop with one specific issue: my car was pulling to the right, even though the steering wheel itself was straight. I expected professional service and a solution. Instead, I left with an even bigger problem -- now the wheel is crooked, and the car still pulls to the right. I returned to your shop and calmly explained that the problem remained. I told you that now, to keep the car straight, I have to hold the steering wheel slightly to the left, which is uncomfortable and unsafe. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told the job was "done correctly." But when I compared the numbers you set with the manufacturer's specs, the difference was obvious. You insisted the issue was in the suspension and the strut, but even if that were true, no alignment should leave the steering wheel crooked. Originally, the wheel was straight -- after your work, I ended up with two problems instead of one. To make it worse, you told me: "Let's put it on the rack again, and if everything shows green, you'll pay us again for nothing." That's not professionalism -- that's bluffing. I don't need "proof" on a screen. I need results. Instead of correcting the problem and setting the values as close as possible to the manufacturer's golden range, you behaved unpleasantly and arrogantly. My car is over ten years old, and I understand perfection isn't easy, but professionalism means both proper work and respect toward the customer. Sadly, I saw neither. The person who performed the service showed rudeness, disregard, and a complete unwillingness to listen. These qualities are unacceptable for someone entrusted with people's safety on the road. At another shop, they told me: "We can fix this." That proves the problem isn't my car -- the problem is the poor work and the attitude of the one who did it.
