Had a busy day yesterday and had my pup with me too. On my list of must do's was get my oil changed. I called a few places to get pricing near me and to see how long it would take since I had my pup with me and really didn't want to sit outside in the heat long. I choose to come here and it was very pleased with their service. They were fast, friendly, priced right, very clean and best of all pet friendly, which I didn't know that, so I was able to be inside with her while I waited. They didn't try to sell me other things like wipers, AC filters, etc like so many other oil change places I have been too. I did hear Greg advising another customer that his car would soon be hitting a mileage that it would be good to have something done at that set mileage but he wasn't pushy about it, just advising. I think my pup liked it even more then I with all the dog treats they gave her and the fresh popcorn they have for the customers, which I gave her a few. Greg and his staff were great! This was probably the easiest, most efficient oil change I have ever had for my VW Passat. I watched the guys work on my car through the window and they were thorough and methodical, not rushed like most of their competitors. Also, I like that they use Mobil 1 for the full synthetic. This is my first time here and they took care of my car so quickly! The place has snacks and lounge chairs for you to sit and relax on!

New to the area and my wife's Nissan Murano needed AC work. Emailed the guys at grease monkey and asked if they could help and sure enough they did an excellent job. The car needed a new compressor and they gave me a fair price. The job took around 2.5 hours to complete. Wasn't a problem at all since the lobby area had snacks and refreshments,ESPN was also on so that's a plus lol. All in all I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area. Update: extremely unhappy with my visit today. I'm not sure why I still come here when I live in Fairfield. I trusted this place and loved the environment. I'm a loyal customer to a great business. The lady with short hair and tattoos (never got her name which is why I'm to explaining her in detail) did my car inspection. I glanced a couple times out the window as I was reading but eventually my car was moved out of view and since I trusted them I sat and continued readIng. The lady came in telling me the total was $25.50. I paid in cash no problem, she then tells me my keys are in my car and raises her hands as if she didn't do anything and says "I left your window down as you had it, I didn't touch it." Which I thought was rather odd but didn't think anything of it. She told me to have a good day and I told her the same. I walk out the front and see Daniel, another Hispanic male working on a car and the lady on the computer. Daniel yells telling me thank you with a warm thank you.. "I'll see y'all soon!" I said. It made me happy that he acknowledged me even though he was busy. I smiled until I got in my car. I noticed my window was oddly tilted. I press the automatic button and it was out out of place. My window was screwed. I look over to my right and see the lady looking at me, she immediately looked away. I had no idea what to do. I'm not one to go in and confront someone but with how much more stress it added onto me I had to get out of my car and speak to someone. Preferably Daniel but he was down at the bottom working. The girls face looked nervous or worried. I walked in and she walked in about a minute later. I confronted her. "So you didn't mess with my window?" She said "no I didn't. You had it down." I said "well I had it down to speak to the guy when I first pulled up. If you didn't mess with it then why'd you say anything in the first place?". She said that they have had problems like that before so they have to notify any customer who gets an inspection when they pay. Which I know is a lie cause I have never been told that. Also the fact that she initially tried to prove innocence even before I said anything or noticed it. She offered to help me and another young Hispanic guy spoke to me and helped her with the wIndow. I'm literally ticked off by her for lying to me. We're all human and make mistakes. Not to mention she couldn't even apologize. I'm already stressed with other things in my life and being student I don't need this extra stress she made me feel. The clean lobby and Daniels awesomeness are the only reason for my 2 stars. Never had this issue with my window before but now I do and my boyfriend is literally in the garage working on it as I post this.. read more

A few weeks back I requested a quote on new brakes and was given a fair & honest estimate in minutes. So today I went and had my oil changed, inspection done and brakes done. This was a great experience, waiting room was nice, free drinks & snack, cold air and free Wi-Fi! When I was told it would take a few hours they offered to drive me home and come back and get me when they were done.
