I will never go to this Grease Monkey again. I had my tire replaced due to hitting a curb. Went to grease monkey to get the tire replaced. Come to find out all my tires that I have bought over the past years from them were used and turned inside out according to a reputable tire place. I got cheated and scammed for tires. I had a tire accident when I had the tire replaced not knowing that the front of my car had damaged the rod why did Greg the owner still decided to have me buy a new tire knowing there was damage then going to tell me to be careful going home as the car isn't safe to drive. Greg being so greedy had me but a new but used tire. So if it's dangerous why put the tire on it? Even the his own employee told me he will drive my car home as it was unsafe. Greg didn't care as he made money and I bought a used tire not knowing it was used and still couldn't drive my car home. Then going to have the nerve to send to me a survey to complete of course I didn't do one. I even had a nail in my tire and asked his crew to check my tire for a nail and they said there is no nail why a few days later my tire was flat. This place is sorry and lazy. I will never ever go to this dump again. Going to a reputable reliable a trustworthy place that we do desperate for money they turn your tires inside out and you bought a used tire and not a new one. read more

I came in for a regular oil change, tire rotation, and ail filter change. The service and time it took was really fast! I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I hate to do this because of all the good reviews, but the reason for the 1 star is when it was time to pay, the lady at the register went over the services that were performed, including a battery check. I mentioned that I've had trouble the past few days with it starting normally, and she said they checked it and was good to go. She said if I had any trouble, I can swing by for them to get it fixed. Which to me was a bit ironic if you think about it...I went straight to a Costco right after Grease Monkey, parked, and did Costco things. I come back out, try to start my car and yep you guessed it...Battery is dead! I am writing this review because 1)I have nothing else to do while I wait for help to arrive and 2) hopefully this helps your service to be more thorough, even something as simple as a battery check. Fast is good, but it sometimes ruins quality of work. Now it makes me doubt the rest of the services you provided for me. read more

My car battery needed to be replaced and my husband had taken his car here before so we knew they would do a good job. We were greeted right away and they came outside to meet us and get the keys. Took all my info on his ipad and within five minutes we were out. He said he would text when my car was ready and he did. Went in for a oil change and immediately approached by the staff who explained all the options as well as what all was included. Furthermore, they took me inside and introduced me to the drinks in the fridge followed by the cookies and popcorn. Truly made me feel comfortable while they worked on the car. At moments when a big brand dealership service center wasn't sure on an problem and tried to quote an insane price for repairs, the staff at Grease Monkey kept me in the loop of what they thought, troubleshooting with me in person, gave honest opinions and options on repairs and did it all in a timely fashion. I know not a thing when it comes to car maintenance and in a situation where I could have easily been taken advantage of, the staff here at Grease Monkey were honest, open, and very eager to get the real problem resolved. Friendly, fast, efficient and Customer service oriented. They have a nice waiting area that is clean (not like most oil change establishments) and they guarantee 30 minutes or less. Just went in for an oil change. Daniel was so nice and explained everything they would do during the oil change. He said it was about a 45min to an hour wait but I waited less than 30 min!!! Just went in for a synthetic oil change. Greg and his staff were super fast and friendly, and they did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. The waiting area is very nice with complimentary sodas, bottled water, coffee and snacks. They even have a putting green. And prices are very fair. Bonus-- I accidentally left a very expensive watch under the drivers seat. While vacuuming they found it and it was waiting for me in my console when I picked it up. Super friendly and fast service! I've been here just a fews times before. I was on my nextdoor app and there was a promo with a $10 off coupon if I had a receipt from the Starbucks next door to them. I ended up saving $4 bucks because my drink was $6.. facepalm.. especially when they have a nice self serve keurig with flavor syrups. Free snacks made there like cookies and individually bagged popcorn. Oh and the free bottled water, cokes and even diet coke. Grease monkey beats Toyota serve dept since they only have water and popcorn. The wait time was awesome here and they even had one of my favorite shows on. (Food network Chopped) that was pretty cool. I didn't mind since the cost sincr they were fast and all the employees were super friendly. The have a little putting grass thing in front with golf clubs. I will definitely be back whenever I need an oil change. I am impressed they kept a 5 stars on Yelp. The coupon I received by mail, their website, their Google listing, and their front door all clearly state they are open until 6:00PM Mon - Fri. Even this Yelp site says they are open until 6:00PM. I arrived at 5:35PM on 3/1 (a Wednesday) to get a quick oil change. No other people in line and one car finishing up and leaving. I'm told they're done for the day and I should come back tomorrow. I pointed out the front door says open until 6:00. All I got as he turned his back on me and walked away was, "No, we're finished for the day." If you don't care of enough to even follow your own hours, how can I trust you won't cut corners working on my vehicle. Won't be back. read more

Great experience! I first stopped in for a quick oil change. I normally do my own, but was in a hurry. They were super nice and affordable. While I was there, I met some of the staff including the mechanic on duty (also, the owner personally greeted me!!!). I was so impressed I decided to see if they could take care of an A/C issue my wife's car was having. They did the job efficiently and affordably. Clear communication the whole time about the progress and the cost. We have been back since and will continue to do so. I have recommended them to a few of my neighbors and they have all had similarly good experiences. WOW, a mechanic you can trust! I never thought I'd see another one of those. As a young woman (with purple hair), I'm usually anxious at car shops, but I've never felt that way at this location. The employees always have talked to me as a equal and explained things in ways I can understand. I have gotten a couple oil changes with them and once they told me I needed a new battery and explained a cheaper way I could get that battery (Walmart) instead of trying to overcharge me. I got my oil changed here and everything went fine. Until my car started randomly stopping while on cruise control. Took it to the dealership and was told the 3rd and 5th cylinder was backfiring and my engine needs a new head. All of this was a result of them overfilling my oil. I'm absolutely frustrated and upset with this horrible work they provided. DO NOT GO HERE! My car takes 3.8 quarts of oil and they put in 6 quarts. read more
