Prime Rib Sandwich
Nancy P.

The Prime Rib sandwich is amazingly delicious. It comes with your choice of sides. For my taste the fries could have been cooked a little long almost a little to raw taste for me. Service was fast and friendly. Got my order to go for lunch. Cute little restaurants in Mt. Pleasant.

Wild Mushroom Pappardelle

I had heard great things about Graze and it definitely lived up to the hype. I ordered the wild mushroom pappardelle and it was excellent. It was rich and creamy with pine nuts, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, and spinach. It was so filling that I did not even need dinner later. My boyfriend ordered the house roasted turkey sandwich with a side salad and could not stop talking about how flavorful the turkey was and how fresh the bread tasted. The service was just okay. Our server did not bring us straws even after we asked, so my boyfriend ended up going to the bar to grab one himself. He also only checked on us once and seemed more focused on talking with friends at the bar. Because service is very important to me, I would give it four stars overall.

Had a quick lunch there. The restaurant was half-full when I arrived, at about 1:45pm. There was a small shaded patio. For food, I tried the fried catfish entree and Green apple-cauliflower soup. Both dishes were good. The fish was very tender and juicy. The butter bean succutash, which I never had before, contained butter beans, black eyed peas, corns, green and red peppers and red onions. It was delicious but since beans are of high FODMAP, I only had a little. The fish was topped with tomato jam made with crushed tomatoes, onions and sugar. It was served chilled. Paired well with the fish and succutash. The soup was creamy, silky, and full of flavor from cauliflower. The pistachio added some crunchiness to it. The taste of "green apple" was not obvious; in fact I was expecting there to be some apple slices, which could add extra texture and sourness to this rich soup. I also asked for a side of sourdough. A bit too salty for me. The service was kinda slow, except that food came out in reasonable amoutn of time **after I placed the order**, that is, I waited quite a while to order my food. The same for doing the check. I guess it was because there were not many staff at lunchtime, and most of them were senior thus could move as fast as young ppl.

After a long day on the road, we did a search on Yelp to see what was around to eat for dinner. We came across this place and decided to check it out. We made a reservation online and was seated promptly after checking in. We took a while to look over the menu. It was tough trying to decide between a few of them. I went for the meatloaf with the crispy onion strings and the mashed potatoes along with a side of succotash. We split the carrot cake and soufflé for the desserts. Everything was excellent! Our waitress was great. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. She came by periodically and checked on us to see if we needed anything and that we were happy with our food. Graze it up!

Love the new space and decor-they really did a nice job with the renovation. The service and food are exceptional as always!! The only disappointment is that calamari fries are no longer on the menu!! (The happy hour is not as good as it used to be, but that is understandable-I just really want the calamari fries back!)

Graze has been around forever, but it had been years since I last visited. I met up with a couple of friends for a casual dinner, and overall, the food was very good. My friends each ordered craft tacos that came with a choice of salad, fries, or the side of the day. One friend upgraded to the She Crab soup and said it was delicious, while the other stayed with the salad. I decided to branch out a little and started with the Green Apple and Cauliflower Soup topped with toasted pistachio. It was really good. Smooth, flavorful, and just different enough to be interesting. For my entrée, I had the 7 oz Filet Mignon with garlicky mashed potatoes, grilled green beans, demi-glace, and truffle-herb compound butter. Also good. What stood out most to me, though, was how much the atmosphere has changed. The place used to feel updated and lively, with great lighting, packed tables, and an energy that made it special. This time, it felt a little tired. Tables were wobbly, the lighting was flat, and it was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night. The food still holds up, but the vibe I remembered just wasn't there anymore, which made me a little sad.

Ugh, the food was delicious, service was impeccable...I mean what more can I say. My husband and I were staying in Sullivan's island for a mini vacation and decided to stop by Graze in the morning, during the week. So it wasn't terribly busy. We both ordered the chicken and waffles (our favorite meal) and they were delicious. Portions were just the right amount. We left feeling stuffed! Highly recommend!

I walked in for lunch. It was a bunch of senior citizens so I was skeptical about the food. But my burger and fries were good. Burger was juicy. Fries could have been a little more crispy but still I will come back and try more off their menu. Service was great.

A go to for us every time we come through the area. Graze offers farm to table fare prepared to order in imaginative ways while accommodating food allergies & sensitivities without missing a beat! PEI Mussels to start, incredibly delicious Bolognese for me, Gluten free / dairy free crusted Salmon for Marci. Don't forget they offer a corkage fee!

Part Bar and Hangout and Part High End Dining Spot. I like it. :) Right smack in the middle of a shopping center I honestly didn't expect much but I was pleasantly surprised. Our reservations had us seated immediately; our server was extremely pleasant and answered our many questions since we were first timers and our food came fast. We shared the Crispy Chicken Livers over grits with Brussells and the hubby had Fried Oysters and I had the Arugula Salad with Fried Sweet tators, cashews; cranberries and a very nice vinaigrette! You think salad and you think not that exciting but my salad was quite exciting with all the texture and flavors within. They have an extensive drink menu as well.

My mother and her sister adore this quaint little restaurant off Houston Northcutt in Mt. P, so we ate here in October. Ambiance was great- nice and quiet. Seating also available outside. Rena (pronounced "Reina"/Queen) was our server and she was awesome! Fast and friendly. Delicious food. I ordered the seven-ounce filet mignon. Beautiful presentation and perfectly cooked (rare, of course). My mother ordered the pork tenderloin (per usual) and loved it. My aunt ordered the wild mushroom pappardelle and said it was fabulous. Big enough portions to have leftovers for lunch the next day. For dessert, we indulged in the hot chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. A splendid experience. My mother and I returned last night, and ordered the same thing, but I also got the crab cake app and it was amazing. Rena was our server again and was excellent.

Short Rib Tacos and side salad

Sorry that we found this place on our last day in Mt Pleasant. I can't eat rich or fried southern cooking, so we were looking for a farm to table type place with healthy options. This place was awesome. I had a spinach salad with chicken, apples, goat cheese and nuts. My husband had short rib taco's with a side salad. Our waiter suggested the Italian lemon cream cake for dessert which was light and delicious. I highly recommend this place. I wish I lived closer. Best surprise..they are a RESI restaurant and Amex gave us a credit for the cost of our meal.

This time we came with a group of 7 for dinner and we had a great time. We had a special appetizer called "Tuna Nachos" which were very unusual. It included sashimi tuna cut in very small pieces over wanton chips (!) and had a mayo type of a sauce. I liked it- the chips were unusual and sort of made the dish. I also had the pork chops which were fried perfectly right- indulgent but delicious! Kendra was a wait person and she did a great job.

Ask the Community - Graze

Do I need a reservation for a Tuesday night dinner?

I went on a Tuesday and made a reservation. Turned out to be totally unnecessary but it didn't hurt.

Is this the same Graze that was in Summerville?

Yes. Same company. This is the original location. The summerville one had a fire but they are working on reopening it.

Did they take the duck confit off the menu!!?

They have duck confit tacos currently. They switch it up with the season changes, I believe.

Of course they have a lot of indoor seating as well and you still get a great view. The sunset views here are incredible and they have a lot of outdoor seating available we are here in September and the weather is phenomenal so we sat right outside next to the river. The food was very good. I had the swordfish with German potato salad. It was really on a bed of rested finger potatoes with asparagus and awesome fixings. My wife had the flat iron steak and it was also delicious. Parking was a snap. Beer and wine very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants we've been to and drink prices were comparable to other places we've been to around $12- thank $14 a cock cocktail . Overall, I definitely come back here again with no problems and I recommend you check it out too!

Our table also got the meat board, pimento with bacon jam, and the crab and artichoke dip. I loved the mac & cheese and I'm convinced that if you put that sauce on anything it would be 10 out of 10. I also loved the crab and artichoke dip which is served with warm pita, however, there were mixed reviews at our table. The dip was very crab forward, and the artichoke was barely perceptible. The only criticism of the charcuterie was that there was small portions. The pimento and bacon jam is served with Ritz crackers and one's pleasant, but I felt a little underwhelmed. However, for one of the people at our table, it was the favorite. We sat outside in the covered patio area, and I was surprised by how loud the outdoor seating was. If you're sensitive to overstimulation, sitting inside in the air conditioning would be a much more quiet experience. The service was a little slow, but overall the experience was wonderful and the restaurant is located right next to the water. We were there on a weekend and it was busy even though it was in between lunch and dinner. Parking was hard to come by, but that's to be expected for this location.

I really loved the outdoor seating area and would come back the next time. I'm in Charleston. I had a plate with the fried seafood and ended up leaving feeling stuffed to the brim. I'll start with the positives. Our server was fantastic. She was personable, attentive, and did a great job throughout our meal. As for the food, it was just okay. I ordered the fish tacos, and unfortunately the mahi was overcooked and very dry. They also came absolutely covered in sour cream. I was expecting a light drizzle, but there was so much that I only managed a few bites before I couldn't finish them. My friend ordered the Cuban and absolutely loved it. He cleaned his plate, so it seems the food can be a bit hit or miss. The biggest downside, though, had nothing to do with the food. There was some type of political or civic meeting taking place in the main dining room. I'm not exactly sure if the speaker was running for mayor or another office, but it wasn't in a private room. It was out in the open where everyone dining had to listen. I don't think it's appropriate to hold an event like that in the middle of a restaurant during regular service regardless of your political affiliation. Some of the things being discussed made me genuinely uncomfortable, and even my male friend commented on it. If the restaurant wants to host political events, I think they should either use a private space or close the restaurant to the general public during the event. The views and service were great, but the atmosphere that day was overshadowed by the speaker, and unfortunately that's what I'll remember most about my visit.
