    Gluten free éclair. Fantastic!
    Aaron W.

Visited Grandma's Grotto after hearing about their gluten free options. My fiancée is gluten free so we're always looking for restaurants that can accommodate. I have to say that this is THE BEST gluten free restaurant we've been to. This place is now my fiancée's favorite restaurant and definitely high up on my list. Our minds were blown. Not only do they have plentiful gluten free options, but they also have some of the best damn Italian food I've eaten. We would never have known from the location on Easton Road and modest exterior what a gem this place is. We dined on a Saturday night and it wasn't all that busy. They display their baked goods at the entrance as wells as sell cup for cup gluten free flour at a decent price! The service was friendly and quick, and when we were seated we were offered gluten free menus. That's right. This place has an ENTIRE gluten free menu. And it's just as big as the regular menu! We started off with the gluten free options of garlic bread and mozzarella sticks. Both were delicious. It was a bit more obvious that the garlic bread was gluten free, but still top notch for gluten free. For entrees, I went with the Chicken Parmigiana and my fiancée chose the gluten free Chicken Francese. Both were served with penne. I tried my fiancées chicken and pasta and both were excellent. Couldn't tell there was no gluten. As for my dish, the chicken parm was excellent; one of the best I've had. Cooked perfectly and the sauce was incredible; just the right amount of sweetness. The portions were so generous that we had to get a to-go bag. We were shocked to learn that ALL of the desserts were gluten free. This is unprecedented. Cookies. Biscotti. Éclairs. Cannoli. Cakes. Pies. All gluten free. We tried the éclairs and biscotti. Again, we couldn't tell the difference. Phenomenal. We'll be going back to Grandma's Grotto very soon, but probably not soon enough as we live a little ways away in Exton. If you or someone you know is gluten free, or even if you just like Italian food, I can't recommend this place enough. This is an instant favorite.

Delicious gluten free pizza and desserts. If you get there early enough, you can get a gluten free cannoli or strawberry shortcake. I've gotten a gluten free vanilla cupcake and a gluten free coffee cake which were both amazing! I love the Grandma's white pizza. The personal size is pretty big!! Always very friendly service but often a little slow. One of the best spots in the area for gluten free pizza and extensive gluten free selection.

The food is consistently outstanding, the portions are incredibly generous, and everything tastes truly homemade and made with care. A huge shoutout to Sergio, the owner and chef, for always creating such an amazing experience. You can tell he takes real pride in every plate that comes out, and his table-side conversations and funny stories make the atmosphere even better. Mirna, Sergio's wife and also an incredible chef, deserves major recognition as well the passion and quality they bring to this restaurant shows in every detail. The service is always top-tier. Savannah is absolutely amazing she always takes such great care of us and makes every visit smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. Don is also wonderful and professional, and the whole team makes you feel like a valued guest from the moment you arrive. We've come here for everything birthdays, date nights, and even after-work dinners and it never disappoints. And the homemade ice cream is the perfect finish every time. If you're looking for authentic Italian food, a warm family run atmosphere, and a place that delivers consistency and quality every visit, Pasta Fazool is a must. Highly recommend!

Disguised as a glorified pizza shop, nestled in a strip of stores on the corner of Mill & York in Hatboro - Pasta Fazool is anything but We were lucky to get a seat when we popped in on a Friday evening The hostess recommended reservations but was able to seat us since we were there earlier than the dinner crowd. Lots to choose from on the menu and the staff is friendly. The store front bistro has only a handful of tables and a kitchen full of flavor. From the meatball appetizer- though to the cream brûlée desert our meal was both enjoyable and satisfying. I highly recommend giving them a try, but just to be on the safe side give a call ahead to make a reservation.

Another double date with our foodie friend's pick…read more And wow what a pick! A beautifully decorated (both outside and inside) quaint restaurant, with a visible pizza oven. We shared a literally beautiful antipasto for an appetizer. It boasted fresh mozzarella balls, eggplant, artichokes, sweet red peppers, prosciutto, and olives. We had a good and soft loaf of bread with a yummy olive oil and balsamic dip too. Our meals were ALL tremendous! We had pasta dishes - gnocchi marsala and fettuccine with clams - EXCELLENT! I had plenty of sauce left to dip the soft bread into :) The other couple had octopus (appetizer) and seafood atop squid ink pappardelle pasta. They loved their dishes as well. Of course we didn't have room for dessert, but our chocolate wine and other wines were definitely sufficient. BYOB's are great and money saving. This place is a bit of a haul but I hope to get back in the future !

They serve a delicious homemade bread that's warm when it's brought the table. In addition, it's accompanied by a dish of olive oil, with balsamic vinegar and what I believed to be a spicy dusting of pepper. It was a little too spicy for me - however, I did like the addition of the balsamic as a change from just olive oil. I would skip the pepper though, unless you like spice. We ordered the Polpette as an appetizer; it's a 'tradition' of mine. If meatballs are on the menu, I will always order them. These lamb, veal and beef meatballs were very good, and the marinara sauce they came in was excellent! The sauce is actually a 'roasted pomodoro' gravy - which is an 'intensified' version of a classic Italian sauce. It's made by roasting the tomatoes at a very high heat and almost caramelizing them. A little feta was added to the sauce, which really highlighted those meatballs!! We split the order - as 5 meatballs is quite a large appetizer! We decided to share two entrees - the Beef Short Ribs and the Lobster Ravioli. I always ask if the short ribs are lean - our server responded they were very lean...and they were. Soft, tender and very flavorful large chunks of beef, with a deliciously rich gravy with mushrooms on a bed a creamy garlic mashed potatoes! It was a superb dish! The website said the Short Ribs were the restaurant's most popular meal. Next, the Lobster Ravioli. The dish was a very 'delicate' one, with a very subtle brandy cream sauce. It had chopped jumbo shrimp and peeled cherry tomatoes with the raviolis. While the sauce tasted fine, it needed 'something' - we added pepper which helped. The raviolis were good - we couldn't taste lobster in the cheese of the raviolis - we assumed it was there. The chopped shrimps though provided a nice additional seafood flavor. I like my raviolis tender - the kind that almost melt in your mouth. The pasta here was firmer - a little more 'al dente', but it was fine. We ended our meal with the Chocolate Mousse. Served in a martini glass, the mousse had a velvety texture with a deep dark chocolate flavor. It was very rich yet light and fluffy; a good choice for dessert!

The menu is Italian, the alcohol situation BYOB. Service was nice. The gentleman taking care of us made several appreciated gestures such as helping me with my coat, giving us an ice bucket for the white wine and well timing each course that we enjoyed at a leisurely pace. I started with the soup of the day of lobster bisque. Smoothly and creamy. I enjoyed it. There was calamari for the table. We all agreed we'd had better. The chili sauce was nice and it was fried crispy enough but still chewy. Mains included a bland chicken parm served with penne. Nothing to see here. There was also a chicken saltimbocca that was okay. The chicken was tender in both dishes. I had the sacchetti with added shrimp. The sacchetti was filled with ricotta and served with a butter sage sauce. I would surely get this again. For desert we had the limoncello cake. Delicious! Overall, even with the cute setting the ambiance is a little stale. The crowd is heavy on the geriatric side. All that's missing is a little classical music in the background. If you're looking for a vibe uh no. A quiet place to take grandma, yes.

I made a reservation and selected that we were visiting for a celebration and wanted a regular table, not a high top. When we arrived we were escorted to the bar side of the restaurant and brought to a high top. The hostess was happy to move us to a nearby regular table when I mentioned it, which we were happy about. We started with cocktails - a white sangria and one of their signature cocktails - the orange blossom. Both were presented nicely and really good. For our apps we opted for the pizza bread with pesto and calamari. I don't like calamari much, but my bff loves it. However, I ended up having 3 pieces because it was so good. The pizza bread wasn't what I envisioned. It was a very thin, almost flatbread like texture, with a thick layer of pesto. I should have opted for the tomato topping instead. For our entrees, we did the make your own pasta dish with gnocchi, grilled chicken, peas, and a Rosa sauce, the chicken piccata, and a side of the parmesan roasted potatoes. The gnocchi was the standout here. It was pillowy, light, and so flavorful with the Rosa sauce. I could have eaten the whole thing. The chicken piccata was a little strong on the lemon side and the sauce needed to be a bit thicker. If it was served over pasta I think it would have taken it up a notch. The crispy parmesan potatoes were a hit. They were seasoned very well and delicious. They have a selection of desserts as well, but we decided to skip this time around. Our server was hustling and did a great job checking in on us. The establishment feels more like a nicer pizza place than a date night spot, but I'd go back for the gnocchi alone.

I visited for the first time (definitely won't be my last!) on Sunday evening with a few girlfriends. The area is popular due to the Keswick Theatre being nearby, so I definitely recommend a reservation. Every dish here is authentically Italian and made from scratch. It's a BYOB establishment and gives off an early 2000's Tuscan vibe. Props to our waitress, Chelsea, who didn't miss a beat. She made the dining experience so enjoyable. I was with friends that are regulars at Trevi, and she remembered what they typically order. It's clear she genuinely enjoys her job and goes above and beyond for her customers. Our group ordered a few appetizers to start - the Brussels sprouts and fried burrata ravioli were great options for vegetarians like me. The Brussels were seasoned nicely and the fried ravioli was crispy. I highly recommend the eggplant Parmesan. The eggplant was thinly sliced and breaded. I asked for spaghetti on the side and it came with the perfect amount of sauce. Chelsea also stopped by with a cheese grater and sprinkled some cheese on top. We couldn't leave without having desserts and there were plenty of those to go around. I personally couldn't wait to try the banana gelato and I was not disappointed one bit! It was thick, creamy and full of banana flavor. From the food, to the service, to the customers, everything you encounter at TreVi is wholesome. The energy inside just makes you feel at home. I look forward to dining here again soon!
