I came here for Mother's Day. The place is nice and service was very friendly. The food was good. The price was definitely jacked up a bit. I was felt that there were way too many seafood options. It seemed like they purposely added seafood to every dish to hike up the price. It's a limited menu and both veal options had seafood. The chicken dish also had seafood. There were only two non-seafood options unless you want just salad or stuffed mushrooms from the appetizer section. We had desserts, which were good but a bit on the sweet side. Overall, a good time.

My friend and I had a wonderful dinner at Buona Sera last night. Our server, Guido, was very friendly, attentive and went above and beyond. We both had the Shrimp and pasta special as well as the fresh beet, arugula and goat cheese salad. Dessert was mini cannolis and a light strawberry topped cake. We ate outside as there was a nice breeze around 6 pm and pretty lights and plants outside. This seems to be a new restaurant that a lot of people haven't found yet. Highly recommend!

Though not spelled out on the website, the restaurant is indeed byob.

The chef/owner's NY roots and positive reviews propelled us to Buona Sera. Last minute reservations and BYOB -- a must when we go Italian outside of Philadelphia -- made this a lovely evening. We shared a Caesar salad -- the dressing light and full of flavor -- coupled with calamari. Their calamari is delicious, fried just right, both tentacles and rings, with a tasty homemade tomato sauce. I vacillated between two entrees. When our gracious server (whose family owns the restaurant) said he'd ask the chef to pound the breast thin, I went with chicken parm. Other than a bit of a char on the cheese, the chicken was very good. (Leftovers for me tonight!) I was pleased that they obliged me with angel hair sauteed in garlic and olive oil .... but the amount of garlic was negligible. Needed more oomph! On the plus side, the pasta was al dente, as it should be. T ordered halibut, a special of the night. He loooooved it! I thought it a bit dry, but indeed flavorful and a good choice (albeit somewhat expensive.) Per usual -- calories be damned! -- we split dessert, pistachio cheesecake. Our assessments differ. My husband thought it delicious. I'd say "okay." The cheese layer was silky and undistinguishable. But if aesthetics count, the two-toned slice was pretty! Buona Sera is light and bright, with tables covered in cloths. (I like that!) Service was excellent and we enjoyed our meals. 4.4 stars! NOTE: After writing my review -- and too lazy to re-post -- I realized we went to the Havertown location, not Horsham. Sorry!

Nice BYOB, Italian restaurant. The food is full-flavored; the servers are attentive and friendly. The dining area has a nice white table cloth type feel. The portions are sizeable.

I had a chicken dish with scallops, shrimp and sautéed spinach in a light marinara sauce served with a whipped potato.

With about 250 children and adults in attendance, the space handled the crowd effortlessly while still feeling immersive and electric from every angle. The Fuge itself is unlike any venue you'll ever step into. The history, the scale, the sheer character of the space--it's not just a backdrop, it's a canvas. And what makes it truly special is how that canvas can be transformed into literally anything you can imagine. I didn't just host a party--we built an experience. And none of that happens without the absolute dream team running the show: Jimmy is, simply put, a wizard. His command of audio/visual is on another level. Every cue, every transition, every visual element landed flawlessly. The lighting, the sound, the integration of all the moving parts--it was seamless and honestly mind-blowing. I spent 10-11 months working on AI-driven visuals and a custom montage for the immersive projection screen system, and seeing it all come to life--projected on an unbelievably massive, Disney/Epcot-like scale--was nothing short of surreal. It completely transformed the room and elevated the entire experience to another level. Allison kept the entire operation running like a Swiss watch. Organized, proactive, and always one step ahead, she made what could have been overwhelming feel completely under control. Heather handled contract management with precision and ease--making sure every promise she made came to life, stayed connected and on track. And Sam--the owner, the overseer, the visionary. You can feel his influence in every inch of the place. The Fuge isn't just a venue; it's clearly his passion project brought to life, and that energy trickles down into everything and everyone involved. Now let's talk about the food--because wow. The catering staff absolutely delivered from start to finish. Every course, every bite, every presentation was on point. And the servers and bartenders? First-rate across the board--attentive, professional, and somehow always exactly where you needed them before you even knew you needed them. What truly set the night apart, though, was how seamlessly The Fuge allowed me to layer in incredible elements: Cirque du Soleil-style aerialists soaring above the crowd, an insane laser show by Steve Paradis, high-energy hip hop dancers from "I Am Phresh," and of course the unbelievable band "Don't Call Me Francis", who turned the entire place into a nonstop party. And then there were those moments--the ones people keep bringing up days later. Like when the aerialists were performing overhead while the lasers cut through the foggy room and the dance floor was completely packed--it felt like something you'd see in Vegas or Broadway, not at a B'nai Mitzvah. Or when the entire room hit that perfect peak--music, lights, energy all synced--and you could look around and see every single person fully in it, not a phone in sight, just pure celebration. And somehow--despite all of that--it never felt chaotic. It felt intentional. Elevated. Perfectly executed. Bottom line: if you're looking for a venue that doesn't just host your event but helps you blow people's minds, The Fuge is it. Fair warning: once you experience an event here, the bar is permanently raised. There's really no going back. Andrew Dunn

Everyone that we worked with was extremely professional and helpful. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch, and the banquet manager made sure that everyone was where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. All of the food (in house catering) was absolutely delicious. Fan favorites were the Kobe beef slider hors d'ouerves, the ravioli appetizer, and the filet mignon. The ceremony was outdoors in a small garden surrounded by trees (so it was secluded from the golf course). The reception was indoors where we were served a variety of appetizers. The most memorable was the bacon-wrapped scallop. Surprisingly well cooked and the proper temperature. The dinner was also delicious. I had the filet, which was cooked well. The sides weren't anything exciting (steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes) but they were good. The manor itself is sort of older (in a pretty and historic way, not a dilapidated way) so the doorways are quite short (I guess because people were shorter way back when). Also, probably due to the age of the building, the A/C seemed quite fussy. It was freezing cold in some parts of a room while it was sweltering hot in the opposite corner. However, the bathrooms were clean and looked to be recently renovated. The servers were kind and helpful. Towards the end of the night when they were serving cake, my sister and I were sitting at our table, drooling. The servers started handing out cakes on the opposite side of the room but one guy spotted us looking quite jealous, took pity, and brought us cakes right away. Overall, a great experience. I don't know how much the wedding cost, but if you're getting married in this area, I'd definitely check this place out.

To give you an idea how anal I am about cleanliness, and sanitizing, I bring spray disinfectant and antibacterial wipes with me to hotels. So, I'm highly critical of anything not extremely clean. The housekeeping staff is excellent, and accommodating. If you need extra towels, you'll get them. Pillows with feathers or those without feathers, extra pillows- no problem. So what are the complaints about? Completely unjustified. I've stayed here on more than one occasion within a month for a reason. The staff, from check-in to check-out, day shift, night shift, management, etc, are wonderful. They do everything psyche to accommodate you. The rooms are updated- from furnishings to linens to accessories, and a large flat screen TV. There's plenty of space for clothing- hanging and folded. There's an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and thermostat to control the temperature. Rims have mini refrigerators with a small ice box inside. There's several restaurants in walking distance, including Millwr's Ale House, and Olive Garden, among others. The parking lot is large and surrounds the property. A Verizon Store is adjacent to the property. The hotel is a 7 minute drive to Willow Grove Mall, and within 15 minutes or less from Harboro, Warminster, Abington, Jenkintown, and Horsham. By the sides of the beds are light fixtures with outlets to charge your electronics. There's shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers.
