What a lovely dining experience! The food was delicious and the service was great. Augusto is so personable and wants to ensure you have the best dining experience possible. You can tell he's truly passionate about his work. I definitely recommend the lemon mascarpone cake for dessert- it was smooth, light, and refreshing. Prices are reasonable and it's also a BYOB!

They have three seating options- their inside bar area, an outdoor covered area, and an inside dining room. We sat in their dining room which was nice until more guests came in and it became increasingly harder to carry a normal conversation. That aside, the staff was super nice, attentive, and great with menu suggestions. Now the food- damn (excuse the language). The portions were HUGE (the sticky rice bowl easily could have fed two people) and delicious. We ordered the tempura green beans side as an appetizer along with the bangin' shrimp appetizer. The shrimp was in a more cornmeal-like batter versus a tempura based you would have expected but good nonetheless. And you can't go wrong with tempura green beans with various dipping sauces. For entrees, the turkey reuben was crispy yet saucy, paired with coleslaw, grapes and pickles. The sticky rice bowl was packed with all your favorites and topped with crispy wonton chips (yum). Coupled with a trio of sauces, you also have eight protein options to select from. Aside from the noise level, good experience overall. Side note for new guests- the entrance is in the back, up a long ramp, NOT on the street side.

As for our meal simply delicious. Their roasted cauliflower is awesome. Drinks were on point. My only complaint is that the rooms are loud with a lot of echo so when in the area we were seated it was tough to hear as much. Otherwise I like the ambiance. I've been here a handful of times and I need to start making over here more often.

I was among a party of three yesterday evening at Judds and Jacksons for their Easter buffet. The…read morequality of food and selection was great, just as it had been at their Thanksgiving buffet and New Year's Eve event. There was thick juicy sliced ham and roast beef, a selection of vegetable and pasta dishes, a spread of salads and a sweet dessert table. The dining room has a nice atmosphere. During our first time up at the buffet, an 86 year-old member of our party made a comment to me about how one of the soup's looked like dog food. It wasn't the best comment, and apparently someone nearby took offense. During our second trip back to the buffet, another diner- a complete stranger- called this member of our party a slang word for a female dog, and then explained why. We felt uncomfortable and intimidated. I expressed my concern to a hostess, who promised to send someone to speak to us to work this out- except they never did. Having to make repeated trips back to our table past this other diner made us uncomfortable. I spoke to a well-intentioned but happily apathetic manager who said that there were two sides to the story. His comparison of the two comments was offensive. I understand that the soup comment was inappropriate, and that restaurants cannot control what their customers say either way. But how could someone not speak up after having their girlfriend/wife/mother/grandmother/loved one called a "female dog?" The restaraunt's dismissive response spoke volumes to their handling of disputes and respect toward women. The staff did nothing to make or feel better, nor did they even bother to check in or talk to her. For a dinner that came to over $200 for the three of us, with gratuity included, we expected to be treated better than that.

In order to speed up the wait we were offered to sit on the patio but that was a mistake on our part. They said the patio had fans and shouldn't be that hot but unfortunately it was still hot. Regardless of the fact that it was so hot ( we either had to wait or tough it out) it was our choice that we made to sit outside so I can't blame them for that. The food was excellent. The cheesesteak was absolutely delicious and the fish and chips come with big pieces of fish. Our service was also so kind as well and I felt bad that we had her serving us outside in the heat. It truly worked out perfectly for us. And the food seems to have gotten even better over the years. Happy hour is from 3-5. I could not find a happy hour menu on their web page therefore I took pictures for Yelp. The table next to us ordered the fish and chips. OMG I wanted to ask them for a taste as they looked amazing. We started with a glass of wine and then ordered the fried pickles to start and pizza. (From the HH menu). It was all delicious. We will definitely put this in our top 5 happy hour local favs!
