Why did it take us so long to try this restaurant!? Food amazing! First time, husband had fried oysters then Veal Parmesan. Garlic Bread reminded me of old places from the 50s and 60s in my childhood! I had Eggplant Rollatini so good and we took home half for seconds the following day! Second time, ( July 4th 2026. I think their 1 year anniversary) Steamed clams and an Allessio Salad to start, then we split an outrageously good cheesesteak on a seeded roll and fries! Was back again and ordered the salmon again. Same issue. No flavor at all. My friend had the lasagna and was extremely disappointed. Service was on point though. Guess my last review wasn't conveyed to the kitchen. Won't be coming back for dinner but would stop in for a drink. read more

It is a shame we did not have a good experience here this time. We arrived at 3:10pm and were seated immediately and given the lunch menu. Our waiter, DJ, came over and took our drink order. When he came back, he told us about the specials for the day. Several of us are gluten free and we did like the many options available. We ordered, the BBQ sandwich, the Chicken Parm chicken sandwich, the Chipotle Grilled Chicken Panini, and 2 orders of fish and chips. When the food arrived, we noticed the gluten free bread had sesame seeds. This was not notated anywhere on the menu. Since the bottom piece of the bread did not have seeds, we asked to have 2 bottoms. The waiter came back and said he would need to charge us for another order of gluten free bread. The restaurant was not crowded, and the waiter hovered at our table constantly. One of us was not done eating yet and he was trying to remove her plate. When we got the bill, we noticed the charge for the fish and chips was not correct. We were charged $49.98 for 2 orders. On the lunch menu, the price is $17.99. When we asked the waiter why the charge was higher, he first said it was due to gluten free even though at the beginning he told us that all breading in the restaurant was gluten free. He then came back and told us he charged us the dinner price because we were given the wrong menu. We asked him when the lunch was over and he stated at 3:30 PM. We were seated at 3:10 PM so we did receive the right menu. On the receipt, he input our order at 3:22 PM. Per the dinner menu, fish and chips are $19.99 and says gluten free when fish is ordered broiled or tempura battered. The fish and chips came tempura battered. We have no idea where the $24.99 price came from. read more

Our friends gave us a gift certificate so we gave the restaurant a chance. Thier menu is heavily weighted with seafood so it you like that you'll be happy. My wife had the Alessios House Special and she loved it. I had the meat lasagna and it was terrible. Absolutely no flavor and even the sauce lacked any real flavor. It was like eating plain pasta with some ground meat stuffed inside. The portions are pretty good, and the service was great. Glad we had the gift certificate because I would have been really disappointed if I had to pay for the full meal. read more

Service was attentive and friendly. Pick and peel shrimp were fresh, warm and seasoned well. They could have been bigger, but the flavor was on point. The cheesesteak was freshly sliced ribeye, cooper sharp and a nice seeded roll. It had all of the elements for a great steak sandwich. We will be going back to try their pizza and pasta. read more

Let me start by saying I hate leaving this review because I have nothing nice to say but the owners should hear it. The signature pizza was the worst. If this is your signature pizza you have major problems! Absolutely Horrible. We also ordered a cheesesteak, was ok, so salty and soggy. The homemade chips were literally wet and soggy. So gross. Tried this place for the first time last night. On the positive side, the cheesesteak absolutely lived up to the hype--easily one of the better ones in the area, with a great roll and a solid meat-to-cheese ratio. The chicken fingers were also very good and tasted like fresh cutlets, not frozen. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill with the pizza. We ordered a Grandma's pie, which is clearly described on the menu as having cheese on the bottom and sauce on top. Before leaving, I checked the box and saw no sauce at all--it looked like greasy, cheesy bread with pools of grease leaking into my car seat. I brought it back in and was told the sauce was under the cheese. That didn't seem accurate, but they did offer to add sauce on top, which I appreciated. Even after that, the pizza was still very underwhelming and extremely greasy. I might return for the cheesesteak, but I'd skip the pizza next time. Disappointing, because I was really looking forward to coming back and trying other items, but if the pizza isn't done right, I'd rather go elsewhere. read more

Caio Pazzo glowing up the location that once housed Crafty's. This may have a lovely bar down the center - but it's more of a restaurant than a bar. It gives hotel bar vibes. Dimly lit with wine racks surrounding giving a more of an elevated atmosphere. Offering specialty cocktails and different variety of wines that classier as well as pricier. Now onto the food- we had to try their "garlic salad" which is a mixture of Caesar and their garlic dressing along with full cloves of luscious garlic . Not a salad for those who can't handle garlic, but quite tasty for those of us who do. Onto the "traditional" Stromboli" that was chock full of pepperoni, ham, sausage, salami, mushrooms, onions, and peppers with melting oozing cheese overflowing. The Stromboli is probably one of the best I've had. Full of flavor topped with a garlic butter and sesame seeds all melting together in each perfect bite. Our service was a little slow, but what she lacked in attentiveness she more than made up for in personality. She was eager to answer our questions as well as learning a few things herself. Caio has only been open for a short amount of time, and are still ironing things out but I have a feeling they will be around for a while. Caio is part of the Allessio's seafood grill family and has a lot of tempting Italian pasta dishes on their menu and are perfect for anyone who loves seafood. We are anxious to stop back again and try out their entrees. read more

Wow, I just got a cheesesteak to go, and this thing is literally amazing! The seeded roll is to die for and the flavor is ridiculous. The cheese cheesesteak itself is packed up in there and the whole thing weighs pretty good. I got it very simple with grilled onions and Cooper sharp. Nothing else necessary for this. It was to go, but the place itself inside looks very cozy and nice. Perfect for families or a quick outing with friends. If they're cheesesteaks are like this, then I can imagine their food choices being excellent as well read more

Thus was our first time here and it is very cute and modern inside. We had the eggplant fries, calamari and the mozz sticks for apps. Everything was crunchy- the calamari were tender and huge bodies! First time visit to Ciao Pazzo. Very nice decor. All 4 in our party had the cheese steak with different toppings. It was the best. The beef was exceptional. A definite go to if you're trying to impress an out of town guest. Our server Pierce was great. Pleasant and informative with a fun personality. We will definitely go back. This place is new, so it's really not fair to be hard on them, but some areas were poor. The bartender lacked experience and some of the food items I ordered were not on point- fries being one of them. Pizza has no crust. A good crust should stands up and look you straight in the eye as you take a bite. Their crust was flat and dry. Calling it a crust isn't even fair- it's more like a border!! Ok so we tried Pazzo for the first time Sunday and it was great. My wife's garlic salad was amazing. I just wish they roasted the garlic but still great. Her soup the potatoe bisque with bacon great. Now my cheesesteak was banging. I asked for long hots on it and they went the extra mile and chopped it up in it. Chefs kiss. We enjoyed it so much we did take out on Tuesday. Love this place. We go for the happy hour. So relaxed, no rush the staff is chill and spends time with the customers. I feel like they're friends. The food is amazing. Bartender asked us twice if we wanted to put food in and walked away to do other things even after saying "yes". Place is dead empty and one bartender should be able to handle a 1/3 full bar. Prices are crazy and the waits are long even when it's empty. Bring back Crafty's. read more

Everything I've had here has been amazing. As someone who had to eat gluten free, I feel like a kid in a candy store with how many gluten free options they have. I was told pretty much everything except the lasagne is or can be made gluten free. I can even enjoy Stromboli (which was so good it was hard to tell it was GF) and mozzarella sticks here. And they make their own gluten free cheese bread too so I can finally enjoy bread along with my gluten-eating husband and family. The homemade GF casarecce pasta is outstanding- even the next day (whereas all other GF pastas I've had are always hard the next day and don't soften up even when heated). We have probably been here 10 times already and will keep coming back. The staff is super friendly as well. My husband had an old fashioned cocktail and said it was mixed perfectly. And there's something for everyone- pizza, pasta, wings, burgers and fries, cheesesteaks, seafood entrees and boils, etc. I can't wait to try the GF pizza and cheesesteaks. Oh and I've always been too full for dessert but I can't wait to try dessert another time, and they have GF dessert options too. Ordered drinks first, other bartender had to help our side of the bar when we needed refills, which took 10 minutes. Placed food order, then waited 45 minutes before food never showed up. We left, paid for drinks and gave $2 tip. This is our second time here, but thought we'd give them a second chance since the first time they messed up our order. read more
