I see other reviews their cajun fries are not so good. But the regular fries, burger, dog, shake, and even the beverage were top quality (not watered down). I think the staff will improve the cajun fries. The atmosphere and ambience was so cool. The manager was super handsome and he kept it very professional when I impulsively told me aloud. I have to admit I'm a huge fan of five guys. I think overall they make a solid burger. I haven't been here in quite sometime and stopped in the other day for a quick bite. I was greeted by the staff upon entering and placed my order. I went with their traditional burger. As always it was good. They let you add whatever toppings you want free of charge. Their burgers are doubled and average around $9.00. That may seem high but the beef is fresh and delicious. They are meaty and the topping are always fresh. I don't really care for their bacon. I prefer my bacon fresh and not reheated. While their fries are fresh cut, I don't really love them. They are okay I guess but not great. They also give you an excessive amount. This particular location is nice and clean. The staff were friendly and it was a good experience overall. read more

I haven't been to five guys in awhile so I was pleasantly surprised to see the little revamp they did (I'm looking at you big neon sign). It's your classic red and white inside, and there is ample seating - high tops and low tops. Their menu is pretty simple and standard. If you order a burger you're getting 2 patties- which is the perfect size. I like that the toppings are all included and they have a variety. Their fries are really good and you can see where they're coming from each day. If you ordered a regular order of fries they would give you one cup and then fill a whole other cup and toss it in the bag- they don't see to be doing that - I say seem to because I did not get any extra fries. I ordered 2 fries for my family of 4 because usually there are 4 cups worth and this time there were not. The peanuts are always a classic as well, gotta grab some while you wait for your burger. Burgers are big, juicy, and between the soft sesame bun and your choice of free toppings, you can order your perfect burger! Fries are also one the best fries, period. Ok, onto location review... So you know the food is fabulous. But the service here? Excellent. Dining area? Clean clean clean. Kid friendly? You bet. The higher chairs they have were the best I've ever seen in ANY restaurant - sturdy and wide. And since the dining area was very spacious between tables, the chair didn't get in any other patron's way. Service was top notch. We brought our 9 month old and he dropped a few pieces of his cereal puffs (we brought) onto the floor. I started to pick them up off the floor and the guy sweeping told me "not to worry about it" and thanked me for coming in! What service! A great dining experience for the family. Did not feel like a typical fast food joint. It is now my "gotta get" every time I'm in the area. I can't wait to go back! And in case you're wondering how I get my burger: Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeño, grilled mushrooms, ketchup, hot sauce on the side. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but i have to give something. We usually order from the Doylestown location and are never disappointed. For some reason the Doylestown location was closed tonight so we had to get from Warminster location. I ordered a cheeseburger bowl with fresh jalapeños, grilled jalapeños, tomatoes extra pickles and lettuce. They didn't give me any jalapeño at all and only a few pickles. The burger was dry and flavorless. The fries were also dry and tasted stale. We will never return to this location. read more

I have had several Five Guys experiences, yes, I have been that lucky! I love their juicy fresh meat, never frozen and toppings galore to choose from and they're all free, except the cheese and the bacon. If you purchase a drink and dine in you can refill your drinks free of charge. I always get the large cheese burger which has two patties, the little cheeseburger is on the same locally fresh baked bun, but only one patty. I like my buns filled with the extra meat. This was my least favorite Five Guys experience, get your mind out of the gutter, these Five Guys normally rock my socks off. We were heading over to my son's house and my daughter in law had never experienced Five Guys and was shocked that I was bringing them to her house to try, seriously, at first she was. I placed a large order, three large hand cut orders of fries, seven burgers, three kosher hot dogs and one grilled cheese. I'm telling you, these Guys aren't cheap but so worth their weight in meat oh and fries. My order taker astounded me with her quick fingers ringing in my elaborate order with toppings and they got it all right, except... I had onions, relish and mustard ordered on the side to top our wieners and it never got packed, even after I went over the long list and she assured me that it was all there. Now, mind you, I have had wieners without toppings before and sure enough my son had toppings available at his house, but those buns were not fresh and this was to be my first ever Five Guys wiener fest! What can I say? Best "fast-food" burger around... Small but very good menu and very good quality for the type of a place.. Burgers are done well and you have a myriad of toppings to pick from. The manager made it right. We ordered delivery for large order, 40 burgers and 6 fries. Delivery service that 5 guys uses is Door dash, they showed an hour after food should have been delivered with a strange excuse that made no sense. I had 30 pp at my home waiting to eat, I had to send pp to pick it up. Food was made at 1:15 for 2:30 delivery which is another flaw but since for dash didn't show the manager made all new food and he did it quickly. Brody was managers name, he is the only reason I didn't write this place off. Good job Brody, great pp skills. I'd been meaning to try out Five Guys since I heard about them in a glowing light on the Ron and Fez radio show. Then again, Ron said that the expansion franchises don't compare to the original in DC. So one night I popped in 20 minutes before closing and the place was dead except the 4 employees who were acting like they just drank 5 cups of coffee. So after some mulling I ordered a burger and fries. The burger was well above average, but I've had much better. The fries were unfortunately "almost closed" fries and were pretty thoroughly crisped. They did give me like twice as much as filled the fry cup, so they spilled into the bag. I don't know if that's the norm or they were just trying to get rid of them A couple minutes in, I ask for honey mustard. One guy says no but he can make some. So I tell him to make sure not to put too much mustard and err on the side of too much honey. He says we don't have honey, but he'll make it from other stuff that he knows how to mix to emulate the real stuff. He beams with pride with his self-proclaimed abilities. I got a cup of a mix of many things which included but may not have been limited to mayo, barbecue sauce, ketchup and mustard. Of course it doesn't taste the same, but it wasn't bad. So he asks what I think and I say that its about as close to honey mustard as I could ever expect without containing honey and being made with random crap from the kitchen. "SEE!? he says. It's my own recipe." Whatever dude, it was a thing to dip fries in. I like the big bins of free peanuts everywhere, I so rarely have unshelled peanuts. Those allergic? Don't even think to step inside, they're everywhere. Before I left, I got in a three-way argument with one employee who was touting examples of governmental conspiracy theories, the other leaning on my side. Full disclosure: I ate somewhere else before stopping in Five Guys. When I happened to mention to a friend that I had been wanting to try their food for a while, and he said we were driving by one right at that moment (!), I simply couldn't say no to fate. My review may very well have been slightly more positive if I had been hungry. I ordered a basic little cheeseburger (lettuce/ketchup/mustard/pickles) but they still score points for their plethora of free topping options. For a fast food burger, this is about as good as it gets - problem is it's not that fast. They weren't busy at all and it was still around 15-20 minutes before my order was ready. The floor also seemed to be coated in years of coagulated hamburger grease. Pretty gross. I'll probably be back. I'd still like to try the fries and experiment with some other toppings, but overall, I just wasn't as wowed as I expected to be. read more

Got myself a little bacon cheeseburger & a regular order of fries. Added lettuce, tomato, raw onion, pickles and sauteed mushrooms to the burger. The wait wasn't very long and the young lady who took my order was very sweet and nice! It didn't take long at all to get my burger and before I knew it, she was handing me a bag with an amazing amount of fries. To start off, I'm an In-N-Out guy. In-N-Out fed me through college, post-college, professional work, 4 (ex) girlfriends, midnight cravings, inebriated stupor, and depression. So, nothing can really replace that now that I've moved to the East Coast and they have nothing like In-N-Out out here. Now, with that being said, Five Guys is a great burger choice (if you take my favorite burger shops out in CA) if not a bit too greasy and messy. But it seems like most foods out here in the East Coast when eaten by hand is super messy (and greasy) so there's no really escaping there. But for my burger cravings, this hits the spot just enough to keep the monster at bay. It's got good flavors in the meat (no need to over salt or throw on a shit-ton of condiments to mask the lack of flavor like the other burger joints around here) and the jalapeños are the right kind of kick in the spiciness department. I'm used to, and absolutely love, In-N-Out fries so to me the fries here were just ok. Def not bad but I can live without them. Service is top notch and even though I'm sure they could just sense the pretentiousness in me (well, I was wearing my In-N-Out burger t-shirt that day) they were very helpful and didn't say crap to me and my numerous questions. Oh yeah, and they have free peanuts if you're into that kind of stuff. One of the better burgers in the East Coast (though I do like Shake Shack burgers more) but anyhow, below is my top 10 burger joints. They said they were waiting on fries but there were many orders after mine being filled.
