I called in an order for a regular size turkey with provolone cheese light on the juice. I picked up the sandwich, took it home and opened it up and it was a bunch of slop. There was no turkey there was creepy meats that I never eat the store and they said they did not give me a receipt. They did give me a good number to call and complain to. The thing that makes Jersey Mike's Subs a cut above the rest is they slice the meat they will be using for your Sub at the time of placing your order. Making it fresh as can be each time you choose to dine at Jersey Mike's. The bread I have consumed with all my Sub's here has also been extremely fresh. One of the worst 'fast food' experiences that I have ever had. I made an order for 3 hot sandwiches via the app. The pickup time was set for 40 mins out. I arrived within 10 and they were pretty busy. No big deal, I was ok to wait until my scheduled pickup time, though I did go to the counter and let them know I was there. And then I waited. And waited. And waited some more. People came in, ordered, paid, ate, left, our order still sitting on the table untouched. I went to ask about my order twice (after my scheduled pickup time at that point) and got "sorry, we're still working on it" both times. At two separate times the entire store emptied out, and still they didn't touch our order. Finally, I went to the counter a third time and asked if they had started making our order. It had been well over an hour since we ordered and over half an hour since our scheduled pickup time. They answered no, and we asked for a refund. There was no apology, nothing. Possibly the worst mobile order management I have ever seen in food service - if you do try out this location, I'd strongly recommend ordering in-person. read more

I have ordered several times here. I will continue to order if I want a sub. They make the best sub around the town. I think it's better than Subways. But one thing that I do NOT like is their cheesesteaks. I ordered two cheesesteaks for my kids. There was no meat. I mean just a half a hand full of meat in a 12 inch bun. (wtf). I have visited here a few times and I like it. They have all of their sandwiches available in bowls as well as rolls and wraps. Much better quality meats and cheese then subway( can't really speak as I haven't been there in years) and almost primo quality , almost but not quite. I had a cheesesteak today and it was very good , not greasy and a good quality meat. I had it in a bowl today but I have had their rolls and they are pretty good. First off, the restaurant itself was very clean and the people inside were very nice and helpful. I just have a hard time understanding why it's soooo pricey. I ordered a basic turkey and prov on a white roll (It's about 6 inches), which is $8, when I found out the price I was nervous to order chips and a drink. The Manager took the time out of his day to explain to me the reasoning on the pricing which was nice of him (Locally sourced veggies, and better deli meat he claimed, and bread made in house.) My review of my Hoagie or what they call a sub. Bread was ok, too soft for my liking. It was loaded with lots of chopped lettuce as you can see in the picture. The turkey meat itself was extremely salty even for deli meats. The manager gave me a $2 coupon which was very nice of him (Thank you) I would probably not go back due to me being unable to justify the price. Jersey Mike moved into my neighborhood but I never got the chance to try it until now. I gotta say, with all the hype I heard from this place, kind of disappointing. The main reason is the amount of food to price ratio. A sandwich costs around 7-8 dollars and it's no bigger than 6-8". This stinks cause Wawa is down the street from it and for the bang for your buck, I would go to Wawa. The sandwich are ok, not great. If the size is going to be small, I expected to be at least distinguished in taste but, it not much better than Wawa or Subways. I think this place is average and nothing really fancy. They don't really have their own nitch to sell in my opinion that really separates them from other hoagie franchisees and stores. Ordered the Tuna Submarine, Regular size for $8.97, but as it turns out the Regular size was actually a small size. They cut a full roll in half, and added a small amount of tuna, with a lot of lettuce and some tomato. Half a roll is not Regular size. It is a small size order. Although the roll was fresh. I've been here more than a dozen times and have to say; this is the best place in town for subs. Everything is reasonably priced, the food is great, you can taste the freshness in the ingredients, and its location is perfect. Aside from all the, the true trophy that this place has are their employees. They are always happy to see a customer come in and does an amazing job at making you feel comfortable and excited about your experience. Me and my family usually go there once a week. I would say though not as many variety of ingredients like Sub-way; but their ingredients are fresh. I think it is also the bread that makes the sub taste really good. First of all, what is a sub? If this Mike really is from Jersey, then he should know that they're called hoagies. Anyway: Jersey Mike's has a great coupon offer if you sign up with email. You get one free classic sandwich and a drink and the coupon doesn't expire for 12 months, so you can basically use it whenever. I came in today to redeem the coupon I've been saving. This location is very clean and well stocked in everything. But JMS itself was really disappointing. They have a very limited selection of sandwich types and they all seemed basically the same with just the tiniest difference. It was all basically ham, provolone, cappaculo and prosciuttini with one or two more ingredients on each variation. Basically you could have had just one sandwich and then offer these extra ingredients as part of the customization. They also had a turkey and tuna fish hoagie. I ordered the tuna fish and was really disappointed. It was basically a sandwich I would make at home in a rush. The bread is basic (nothing like the amazing rolls Primos gets!) no option to toast it. For customization there's no oil option. No salt or pepper. The sandwich was just a ton of cold cuts on bland bread with lots of lettuce thrown in. The ingredients were very fresh, I do give them that, but for this price point that should be expanded. There's no flavor or unique sandwich here worth going out of your way for. They do carry two flavors of Stubborn Soda (Vanilla Coke and toot beer) along with typical Pepsi products. But their machine is a mess and creates soooo much foam. I had to stand (not exaggerating) for 5 min to fill up my small cup with the vanilla soda, waiting for the foam to go down each round. I mean I'll probably come back next year when I get the feee coupon and save it for when I'm in a pinch but I don't think I'd come here otherwise. read more

It was quick to order and receive. You walk down the counter and request the ingredients as you go. Hubby ordered a steak sandwich. His hot sandwich was brought out to him in a timely fast food manner. It was a full sandwich too. The one big negative I have is...I paid with a credit card. The machine asks if you want to leave a percentage for a tip. I don't get why?? I ordered at the counter, I got my own beverage, I wiped my table before I sat down and wiped it when we left, I tossed my own trash...shouldn't they tip ME??? I am just "sayin".
