If I could give zero, I would. The problem with this location is that there are employees, Shardee, who don't want to be here and treat the customers like absolute trash. I worry she may have done something to my food, honestly. Tina was also working and tried her best to make up for the rude and belligerent treatment from Shardee. I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up. I do this often at other chains with no problem. Well, Shardee was ready for me because as soon as I said my name she barked back that I'd have to come in. Then she called me stood when I told her I ordered for drive thru. I had two young kids with me and we could not come in. I said I was coming through the drive thru regardless. Needless to say, the whole interaction from her basically throwing the food at me to be snappy and rude made me realize this location isn't worth it. This place is convenient because it's within a couple hundreds of yards of my place of work. That being said.... They never get an order correct. Their food is always luke warm. You never get sour cream with your SOUR CREAM AND CHIVE BAKED POTATO. You have to ask for the sour cream each time. If you're not careful and go through drive-thru, you will find yourself at home with just a chive potato which defeats the purpose of what you ordered. Service is slow and poor. 1 of the 2 self-serve soda machines is usually down. Workers there appear like they don't enjoy life, and it shows. Overall, poorly managed, poorly serviced. read more

Don't expect it to be addressed because when the girl working there tried to trash me for expecting to be served at the window- the manager said "don't be rude it's why we get complaints". I tried to address the issues with the restaurant but couldn't get a person on the phone. Instead I got an email- which called me the wrong name- and addressed the issue of being unprepared to serve customers- and basically rug-swept the rudeness with "I will speak to her again". Terrible service. All the employees have earbuds in/talking to friends on their phones. Routinely leave out purchased items from orders. Also won't let you order things on the menu that they don't feel like preparing (eg. baked potatoes, chili, salads, etc.). Save your money and yourself some heartache. Effectively making it pointless to order before hand and making it impossible to make any money as a door dash driver delivering for this location. Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I live in the area and this Wendy's on The corner of Easton and Horsham never fails to disappoint. I've gone a few times through the drive thru and the workers would not even acknowledge me at the speaker. After waiting 10 minutes, I drove away just to see them in the windows doing nothing just on their phones. Other times, they just say they are closed as early as 9pm when on their website is says 12 am. The workers are lazy, and just rude. I stopped at Wendy's on the way home from work. I attempted to place my order and the woman started talking over me. I tried to start again and she did the same. I asked her to please let me finish., then some one else took my order. I pulled to pick up my order and the guy was telling her how rude I was. I'm not sure what most people consider ride, but interrupting and cutting sine one off while they are placing their order is extremely rude. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to let some one finish talking. I didn't even pause before she started talking over me. Management really needs to step up their training. This Wendys is by far the worst one ever. I live nearby and evry experience is the same. RUDE! I ordered a large meal with a few sides and she hands over the bags and says "here you go". I asked for my large drink and chilli packets with dilling sauces for my nuggets. She hands over the coke and looks at me like i am crazy. I asked for the packets and dipping sauce and she states..... " theres no chilli packets, is that ok?" No apology or anything. And i had to re ask for the dipping sauce. Plus, the whol staff just huddled around her watching this event staring me down. This is the most ghetto run wendys. Thumbs up to the wendy in plymouth meeting. By far the best service. It's been quite a while since I've been inside a Wendy's as I usually hit the drive through. Maybe all Wendy's are remodeled like this now. I think they're trying to give the place a more up to date look. Looks nice. Food items are standard Wendy's so there are no surprises. Coke freestyle machine is nice. The people at the counter were attentive and polite which is not something that can be said at every location. There is some outdoor seating at this location. What else is there to say?
