I thought this was more of a restaurant but it was more of a fast food experience. Ordered a meal it came with fries and a can of soda. The fries had no salt and were bland. The burger itself was good. My husband had the burger with onion rings and liked both. The men's bathroom was closed so only the ladies room was open. Due to this it was a little unkempt. I might get a burger there again but not go out of my way to do it. The fries were a no go for me and I would not get them again. read more

Rarely write reviews but this one has to be written. Stopped at the Fusion Bar this evening on opening night. Confusion and learning the serving routine has to be expected, so don't let this stop you being a patron of this new establishment. However if you are a regular of indian restaurants and have experience of good quality Indian cuisine, this is not for you. If you can work out the meals which are accompanied with rice and which are not, then you have a genius IQ. The food itself is served in paper plates, with plastic spoons. Again, in itself not a show stopper, but given the pricing, you'd expect more. $16 - $18 for a main course plus $3 - $4 for an accompanying nan bread is where you'll find yourself. Beer in plastic glasses which may or may not have gas included. A good concept over all but poorly executed and presented. Not what good Indian food deserves in the US, and this will stop others venturing further in this normally delightful cuisine genre. Don't expect to be blown away with the experience, and like the mystery of the rice that accompanies some dishes, and not others, the the fact mild is spicier than hot, find another establishment to experience Indian food. Trust me, this is not where you'll find a true and representative taste of India. Sorry. read more

BurgerIM is bastardized Hebrew for the word, "Burgers", "IM" being the suffix used for the plural. The company began selling franchises in 2008 after a successful launch in Israel a few years earlier. At one point eleven years ago, it was the fastest growing company in the stock market, with amazing earnings. Unfortunately, the annual reports were determined to be fraudulent. The CEO fled the country ahead of the SEC charging him with security violations and criminal conduct. Confronted by all that, and lack of logistical support, most franchisees lost their investments and closed their doors. Those few shops that remain are survivors struggling to make ends meet. This is true for the BurgerIM in Warrington, PA. Glad I made it while it was in business, because their business model is different than most fast casual joints. Their approach is the sale of multiple burgers in designer boxes, with more choice than most. Rather than just beef pucks and chicken fillets, they offer lamb and salmon alternatives, all customizable to taste. Too, they have excellent wings and a few potato choices as well as good onion rings and shakes. I used GrubHub to score a family box which included 8 burgers (4 Angus standards, 4 Spanish spicy), 6 Sweet/Hot Chili Wings, rings and fries. These are 3 oz burgers, but with trimmings, one sandwich and a couple of wings, were enough for a decent meal. This was about 4-6 meals depending on appetite, and the cost was $49. Kept my family with two still growing young men sated last night, with leftovers. The curbside pickup worked well. Didn't get inside to check out the atmosphere. Honestly, I liked the wings more than the burgers, but they were still tasty enough to be satisfying. I imagine everything would be better right from the grill, but with Covid, it's just not worth the risk of hanging around inside. Still, the franchise has suffered due to the misdeeds of earlier management, so I hope these folks are around past social distancing and can demonstrate their worthiness thereafter. read more

We went there one random afternoon as we were in the area. Let us tell you even the midst of this pandemic the place was open, everyone was nice and welcoming, serving to all while maintaining the guidelines given by CDC. Being vegetarian when you find distinct options your eyes roll out. Thats what happened to me, lol. The owner as well as all the servers are super friendly and will suggest you items on their menu according to your taste buds. I personally loved their Vegan Philly cheesesteak and their Vadapav. My husband had both regular burger as well as their Tandoori Chicken burger. Everything was delicious. On top of it they have a full bar, yummm! Chilled beers, freshly made cocktails. I was excited to try the fusion bar. I really wanted to eat pav bhaji and vada pao today, so decided to finally check out the place (their website mentions both the items). Interestingly, though Pav bhaji is listed on their website, it was not listed on their menu. When we asked them, they did indicate that they have it, but it's not listed on the menu. We ordered vada pav, pav bhaji and noodles. Here is what I liked about the place. 1. Location is good. 2. Woman at the counter was pleasant to speak with. 3. They have fairly extensive menu. Here is what I did not like. Food: I was thoroughly disappointed. The food was unbelievably and unnecessarily spicy. Our mouths were on fire and intestines were burning by the time we left this place. I am still feeling a bit sick. Food was neither authentic nor could it be classified as fusion food. One of the main ingredients in a Pav Bhaji and Vada Pav is pav. But, they decided to substitute pav (the only pan-cultural ingredient in the original recipe) with hamburger buns for both these items. I would have been okay with the substitution, if it was specified on the menu. But, it was not. There was no vada inside the buns; it was some sort of mashed potatoes patty (clearly not vada). Again, if I wanted to have a potato patty, I would have ordered that. We were told that Singapore Noodles has carrots, peppers etc. We didn't see any carrots. And, it looks like they put turmeric in it. Ambiance: There was a not very pleasant odor in the place. I should note that I my olfactory sense is very strong. My partner didn't mind the smell that much. However, we both noticed that one of the cooks in the kitchen did not wear a head cap, which is required by the health department. Service: The owner was pleasant until I told her that I was missing the pavs. She instantly came up with the most lame excuse--she finds pavs sweet, so she decided to substitute it with buns. Ha! The idea of using pav for vada pav is that the sweetness of the pav balances the spices used in the vada. She ended with saying that they will take that feedback. However, her body language seemed to indicate otherwise. Though the feedback was given with good intent, her smile vanished and her body language became very rude. So, the owners are good if you like the food. Fusion food needs creativity. They lack it. Authentic Indian food needs patience. They lack it. They substituted both creativity and patience with chillies. So, if you like red chilly powder in all your food, go for it. If not, skip it. read more

I am completely amazed! I usually go to Red Robin for my gourmet burgers but I thought I would switch it up today! I will be coming here for now on for a gourmet burger! This place is very affordable and had everything that my family and I wanted. I did a pick up and ordered a lot of different things on the menu, not one thing was given to us incorrectly. Not only did everything go accordingly; it tasted delicious!!! The hostess was very polite when taking the order and giving us our food. I have been anticipating BurgerIM opening for quite a while now. Been following them on social media for a bit and the pictures along with the other reviews made this place look outstanding. Warrington location is near where we shop often and finally opened up. We went a few days after opening and it's smaller than I anticipated. The counter person told us it would be a 20 minute wait do to some large orders they were trying to get out. That's fine . We'll wait. Well, over half hour goes by and I inquire where food is and I was told it was coming right up. When you order a burger and they're supposed to cook a burger to medium temp it should not be charred to a crisp regardless of how busy you were prior. Each order in front of you should be cooked with care. I also asked not to have sauce on my burger and of course it was slathered in it. I brought it back up and they were willing to remake it for me but I was so annoyed at this point and waited all this time for one crappy bite. I asked for a refund which they did. My wife got the sliders and they looked presentable but they lacked flavor and were very dry. She did save me one bite and I would agree they were very lackluster. The potato slices we're not bad but they should be seasoned better. They hardly had any seasoning. I don't think I will ever come back here again. I was highly disappointed. Don't make excuses for a large order for screwing up my order that's no reason to do so. That order has already been fulfilled. You concentrate on getting everybody else's order out proper. With Steak n' Shake 5 minutes down the road my burger desires are quenched I've never had a bad Burger there and I'll continue to go there as well.
