I love the 4 for 4. Who doesn't ? This place is moderately clean but the bathroom could use some attention. It was out of toilet paper and I had to wait for someone to come in and help me out. The food was fresh but they seemed short staffed. The manager was super friendly though and I got my food fast. I went to Wendy's on Friday somewhere around 6 o'clock PM. The person said what do you want I say a take a number one no Mayonnaise no cheese drink she said. A chocolate shake. She said pull around. I got to the window and she had a pissed off look Mad to the world gave her my card and she hands it back and goes here not friendly at all for representing a franchise. I was dying of hunger so I stopped to get a 4 for $4. The drive through was a little crowded so I decided to go inside the dining room as its a sign on the door that states its open until 9pm. Upon going inside it was 3 other patrons inside so I patiently waited. We were never serviced. No comments were made we were never even acknowledged. So each person started walking out. It appeared that everyone was working on the food for the drive through line. No worries due to Covid I know that places are still short staffed. Here is where the problem came in. I observed a woman working behind the counter in what appeared to be the burger section she had a mask on but was wearing it below her chin. Hey no biggie right because the mask mandate has been lifted!!!! But then she mustered up a sneeze, the 1st on was unexpected so all of the buns, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese and all the sandwiches that were being made in that moment were all sprayed. She then proceded to sneeze 3 more times she caught them mid way on her forearm not even in her elbow. Then wiped whatever came out of her nose on her wrist. There was a gentleman and myself in the store we just looked at one another and walked out. This is triflin to say the least and we wonder why everyone is sick and dying from Covid-19 this is why. She never even had the audacity to pull her mask up. I'm trying to understand are we just wearing the mask under our chins for fashion now? Because even if you aren't going to wear it that would have been the time to put it on the proper way covering your nose and mouth. And if your working with food then she should have serve safe which tells you to stay away from cooking foods if your sick!!!!! Absolute WORST Wendy's I have ever been to. They happen to be down the road from my office so I head there for lunch sometimes. It's one thing to have an order occasionally get messed up. But on several occasions visiting this Wendy's the entire order has been completely messed up. Today I ordered a 10 piece regular nugget meal with some honey mustard. Pretty easy... I received some freezing cold SPICY (not regular) nuggets, freezing cold fries and no sauce at all. I didn't even get my receipt so that I could fill out the survey afterward to let them know how horrible they were. I would give less than one star if it allowed. tired of getting a salad with missing ingredients.....apple pecan salad is consistantly missing BLUE CHEESE! In my opinion the salad absolutely needs blue cheese, otherwise it is too sweet. This Wendy's consistently lets me down. I've had one positive experience, but only because it was a slow time of day. Didn't receive all of the food I ordered (no surprise considering 2-3 staff had headphones in). Food was cold. Chocolate frostys were vanilla blended with what seemed to be Hershey's chocolate syrup, they didn't bother to mix it that well. Chick Fil-A only from now on. read more

I go here in the later hours of the day. Yes, my order is often incorrect and yes, the food is never really fresh even when waiting a long period of time AND yes, the customer service is not up to pat. However, this is not a gourmet restaurant nor do I expect anything fantastic. I am just happy a can get a quick bite when I can. Food service is not as easy as most people whom probably never worked in would think. So for the people who complain about quality and customer service, just be glad that the food is safe to eat and get over the fact that the employees are human just like you. Went to this location on 11/11/18 and when I gave them my credit card they said the register as down and went over to the drive through to run the card. I was not happy about it at the time but when I got my statement I found out that the same night a purchase was made with my card at Nordstrom. Usually, the service at Wendy's franchises is fairly good, but not at this location. It was at least 5-10 minutes before someone even took our order down, and then another half hour or so before we even got our food. As if the long wait wasn't enough, they made multiple mistakes on our order. They gave me five nuggets instead of ten, they put mayonnaise on my brother's sandwich when he clearly asked for no mayonnaise, and they gave my sister a double cheeseburger instead of a single. And the cashier wasn't very educated on the menu itself either, which I assume it's part of her job to know the menu. read more

Ugh I don't even know where to start. Showed up at the drive-through at 10:20am. Was craving a burger and fries but saw wendys does breakfast now. A little disappointed bc if I'd wanted breakfast I would have just gone to McDonald's, but whatever. Ordered my food and was given my coke. A few minutes go by and they ask me to pull forward so they can cook the egg for my sandwich which should only take 3 minutes (their estimation, not mine). Fine. I take a couple sips from my coke while I'm waiting and it's completely flat and nasty. I figure whatever, I don't need it anyway so was going to let it go. Almost 10 minutes goes by, no one in the drive through behind me and I decide I'm done waiting. So I take the gross coke and go inside to ask for refund. Take two steps in and almost slip on the greasy floor. It was super obvious no one mopped up the night before. Of course as soon as I get to the counter my food is magically ready and the guy had me fill a new cup with the self-serve soda machine which tasted fine (feel bad for all the drive-through suckers today that get the flat cokes). However, every single time I visit this location it gets worse and worse each time. The food is often cold and my orders are typically incorrect more often than not. Yes, its a fast food restaurant and I don't expect much, but the workers are rude and you can tell they just do not give a f**k about customers. I had one experience in a drive thru where a employee told me my card was declined 4 times, rolled her eyes at me and outwardly said "wasting my time" to one of her coworkers next to her, when in reality she was swiping it upside down. Tonight I visited around 9 and there was one car in front of me. A woman was sitting there for 10mins plus and nobody was taking her order, but rather talking over the intercom to other coworkers, so the woman drove off. I sat in front of the intercom for 6 minutes, as 5 more cars pulled up behind me, waiting for someone to take my order. I had to repeat it 3 times before she got it correct. Upon paying at the window, I was handed my food. Everything seemed correct inside the bags, but she hadnt given me my drinks. I repeated back twice that I ordered a Cherry Coke and a Sprite. 3 minutes later she returned with 2 cherry cokes so i just drove off cause i didnt want to hold anyone else behind me up. I ate the fries on my way home and they were ice cold. The cherry on top was that when I got home, the burger I ordered was nowhere near close to what I actually ordered! This place sucks. I went there on my 30 min lunch break and I stood in line for about 15 mins before someone saw that I was waiting. They did not even say hi how can I help you they just looked at me with a blank stare and said what you want. I ordered off the dollar menu and when I paid for 2 chicken sandwiches fries and a drink it came to 15 dollars I said no I want the dollar items she just looked at me and stared until I gave her my card. Why do you go to Wendy's? Because nothing else is open. It's 1am and you get that burger craze. It's the burbs and nothing is open. Except Wendy's! My recommendation: always get the chicken late at night. They cook the beef patties well in advance and so you get a mild temperature burger. The chicken however comes out hot. read more

Can't even comment on the service because we didn't even get that far. I walked in with my family and no one was at the counter to even greet us. There was a worker making fries who knew we were there and never acknowledged us or called anyone to the register. However that employee making fries was fond of his fry making skills because he was sampling his freshly cooked fries while my family waited for nearly 5 mins. The rest of the employees were deeply enthralled in a loud conversation about their sexual escapades from the previous night! So who would want to even pay attention to a family patiently waiting for service. There may have been a chance that the employee working the drive thru might have seen us at one point, but her phone was important. There was one more chance that we almost were acknowledged. There was a employee taking food to a customer in the drive thru that they couldn't prepare it fast enough, as she walked through the dining area she looked at us and never said anything about us waiting at the counter again. I'm not one to complain, but this happens all the time at this place. So I'm calling the corporate office to lodge a complaint and never going there ever again. read more
